Your office receptionists are KILLING YOUR REPUTATION! Please do something fast. Today I simply refuse, after years of being under your care to continue to be handled this way! Calls are answered very agitated and often repeating my info. because of being transferred to someone else without notice, most times immediately placed back on hold, asking to repeat your information several times over, and still get it wrong. Very disappointing. Dr Gossett's certainly deserve so much better than this mess, she shows such patients and kindness and great listening skills. The exact opposite of the front office staff. This is a hard decision to leave Dr Gossett's care. I have concluded that home training and common sense is not this front office strong suite. So sorry.

I've been seeing Dr. Gossette for a 6 months now. She is very good with communicating and following up. She also makes sure my overall health is okay as well. I don't normally have problems making my appointments, the ladies in the reception area are very nice in person and over the phone.

Dr. Carmen Gossette is a great Dr. Warm, caring, and helpful with any problem you have. She listens. I love how friendly she is and how she doesn’t rush you in and out like most doctors do. I highly recommend her.
