List of Daniel Harvey's Reviews
Dr. Harvey has been my mom’s doctor for many years. She swears by him. We know that she’s in the right hands. He’s a Christian, he speaks foreign languages, kind-spirited, soft spoken, attentive, a great listener, empathetic, on-call (if necessary), and treats her with dignity and respect. He gets to the root of the problem. He generally cares for her and our families well being. He provides in-house blood work, and also sends her for outside test/specialist when necessary, and gives us hugs at end of visits (and even provides dog treats for my dog) !!! He’s simply adorable. It is also noteworthy to mention that he also donates his time and skill to the needy, locally and abroad.
This office is so unprofessional and ghetto. Don't even consider going to this office. You can't even ask any of these people working in the office a simple question. They leave you on hold for long periods of a time. They hardly answer the phone when you call. When they do pick up you still don't receive the help you need. And don't even bother talking to the supervisor she's not even available. Just complain to the medical board and let them deal with it.
Hello, I wanted to share my two cents w about this doctor. I am a young adult trying to seek medical help and little-by-little I’m starting to realize that if I want to get great medical care I have to, 1) advocate for myself, and 2)meet and try different doctors to see which one will give me adequate care. Dr. Harvey was my third doctor I seeked out for help. I have to say, out of the three past doctors, he was the not so great doctor I’ve had. For starters, each time I wanted to make an appointment, the receptionist did not seem welcome-like. They were always so stern and quick to hang up the phone on you. When I was able to book an appointment with Dr.Harvey, he did not seem open to understand what were the health issues I was experiencing. He would walk in quietly, look me up and down, and then proceed to look into his laptop. He wouldn’t say a word for minutes. I was like uhhh. I would step forward, and explain to him why I am visiting for that day. He wouldn’t really ask me questions about my symptoms or medical history to further understand my condition/circumstances. Because of that, I never felt like I was really heard as a patient. Furthermore, this medical clinic is kind of small. They do not do blood work here. If you want to know in depth what’s going on with your body, they usually refer you to another office where they do blood work. Meaning, you have to plan ahead and make another appointment just to do that. I feel like that is such a waste of time. Because you already wait so long just to meet with him. And then he can’t even tell you anything useful or prescribe you proper medicine because he does not know your blood level stats. Each time I met with him, I feel like I never got any where I’m terms of finding answers. When I did get my blood work done, he would report back that everything came back normal. Even though I wasn’t feeling normal or okay. He didn’t urge for more tests to be done. He didn’t prescribe some possible treatments. He just didn’t seem to care about your well being. And that made me feel so unseen. I legit feel like he doesn’t care about his patients. To add on, I do think he made some inappropriate actions/comments. Others may not see this as inappropriate, but I did and it was after these two incidences did I start getting red flags about this doctor. One visit, he brought up his religion belief and mentioned how he goes to Mexico each summer to do activities with his church. I believe everyone can believe whatever religion they want, or don’t want. That’s fine. You do you. But it’s the way he brought it up that made me uncomfortable. Another time, I had a urinary infection, and I went to get checked out just to be safe. When I visited him, he recommended me this liquid medicine in a bottle. He stated that he gives this medicine to women who experience pain down there from urinary infections. However, weeks later I learned that he didn’t put in my medical records that he gave me this medicine to take. I found that really odd. I never ended up taking the medicine though, because he didn’t really elaborate on what the medicine was, it’s side effects, when to take it, how much to take of it, etc. I was a bit overwhelmed and confused when he gave it to me. I wish I asked those questions so I knew. Either way, Something inside me found it weird that he didn’t send me to my local pharmacy to pick up the medicine. The whole ordeal seemed like a shady way to give me medicine. My previous doctors never did anything like that. I ended up leaving his office. I was fed up with joy getting adequate care. I always felt like I was never getting answers, or getting the care to help understand whats causing my pain, and what are some treatments to help reduce the pain. I don’t think I’ll ever recommend him as a doctor. I only came to him because my father was referred to him and I wanted to be at the same clinic as my dad. But my dad also agreed that Dr. Harvey doesn’t seem to urge for more tests to be done to further understand your conditions.
Dr. Harvey is the most dedicated doctor you will ever come across. His time given and care for his patients goes beyond due diligence. He is genuinely affected by the outcomes of our health and welfare. I am grateful and thankful to have been in his care for more than 20 years.
At the beginning i gave Dr. Harvey the benefit of doubt obviously' I am not a Doctor...But "NO" DO NOT HAVE THIS DR. AS YOUR PROVIDER' the type of Dr. That is only doing the work for a PROFIT'! No remedy just treatment so to charge insurances' my personal experience no dialogue is limited with the words...no communication and thats very important to me when it comes to my health...Had a nasal infection then after months of erroneous prescription without prior testing developed into more...now i lost my sense of smell permanently...I feel like the Dr. Has no empathy towards the patient and just dispatches them like a production line' NEXT'!!! I feel like he had no EMPATHY towards the patient and is only interested in making PROFIT' I was VERY, VERY' frustrated with the experience I almost lost hope for minute. So yes' dont play with peoples health. Not trust worthy health provider' Thank you' God for another day...

Professional and thorough Physician and Staff!
My family's doctor for MANY years. We have followed him to different locations, each one closer to my house.
Best Doctor ever. He always there for his patients. Has been my family doctor for many years. I highly recommend Dr. Harvey.
Terrible. Did not listen to my complaint and referrals never went through.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
