The worst ever had. She dosen t have no respect for her clients.. The last time I was waiting three hours. She doesn't even have an answering machine. One day I called 20 times without being able to communicate. An answering machine comes out saying to call later because they are busy.

You know, I read the comments and what I can say today that staff is great! Yeah sometimes they don't answer the phone it's because it's always busy so I wouldn't give a star less for that. Mrs. Estrella also is a wonderful lady! I love her, she really cares about your health, build a relationship with those who care for you and the relationship will be awesome I give them all a high 5

VERY UNSATISFIED !!!! I don't understand how come we have to set up an appointment but then you gonna see the doctor after 3hours. Also the people in front desk are rude and unorganized I hope the doctor will do something about this kind of people.

If I could give no stars, I definitely would. The worst doctor's office ever. Staff is inconsistent. Woke up for an appt that I couldn't even be seen for cause I had to make another type of appt first which her staff could have literally told me while I was on the phone making the initial appt. Second, cash or check payments? It's literally 2022? How many people actually carry cash on them all the time even more so during a pandemic? I honestly hate this office as a whole. Don't ever come here.

This Doctor is quantity over quality. How can you let these older patients wait for you for over 2 hours? They are coming to you only because you speak their language, which they find comfort, but having them wait for you for hours is beyond comprehension. Horrible bedside manner. She is always late coming in. It took 4hrs for me to see her even though I made an appointment weeks in advance. And when she finally strolled in she was very unprofessional. I didn’t feel like I was taken care of.
