She is very thorough, great listener, and amazing bedside manner. She is always on time and the wait is never long. The medical assistant there is also amazing and very kind.

I would give zero if I could. Very bad customer service. As a new patient, first I was given the wrong address by their text message. I came late because I went to a different place. After I came and signed up I was told my appointment was canceled because we were late and their mistake(sent me wrong address). What a horrible customer service and I would not recommend to anyone!
I love Dr. Liu!! She has been my boys' pediatrician for the last 10 years. She is the best! She has seen all my boys at the time when they were born. Always address any concerns and answer any questions. My boys are all comfortable and don't mind coming to the appointments. Her staff is great too!! Stephanie at the front desk is always helpful. Her partner, Dr. Lee is amazing too. We see time to time, when Dr. Liu is unavailable. Highly recommend this office!
Frustrating experience here. This office disappointed my daughter and she left in tears. I made an ear piercing appointment for my daughter and she was really looking forward to it. It took 50 minutes in traffic (not to mention the price of gas) to get to the office. We waited for 15 min in the waiting room as the front desk staff tried to unsuccessfully charge my credit card and then my debit card due to their machine being offline (apparently they had a power outage earlier). They asked if I can reschedule for the end of the week, which is a huge inconvenience for me to rearrange my schedule and drive out there again. Or I can drive to the 7-11 and get cash from the ATM machine there (I wasn't carrying $150 cash for the ear piercing). This did not work for me as I would've been charged an ATM fee and then another fee from my bank for using a non-bank ATM. I understand that they had no control over the power outage but I can think of other options, rather than SHIFT THE BURDEN TO THEIR CUSTOMER! They could have made a simple quick phone call prior to my appointment time to let me know that it's cash only and I would've factored that into my schedule and stop at an ATM/bank. They could've made a phone call to their payment processor and process the transaction over the phone with my credit card info. They could have written down my credit card info and input it later when their machine is back online. Instead, they made it obvious that my time was not valuable so we left with no ears pierced.
All my children have seen Dr. Liu since day 1. She is very knowledgeable & she listens to your concerns. The other doctors in the office are just as great.
All my kids (23, 21 & 13) have been with Dr. Liu from birth. Absolutely love her and the staff. Highly recommend.
Been taking my kids to Dr. Liu since they were born. They are currently 12, 11 &5. love this doctor and the staff !
