For the past two years, I have gone to Polak Carson for my mammogram. Each time, I am pleasantly reminded that mammograms don't have to be dreaded or horrific like they are in conversation. I actually had a really great experience - both times. The technician (same lady both times) has warm hands, an even warmer (and absolutely professional) personality. She was obviously experienced, quick, and my breasts were not squashed to pancakes. She got clear shots the first time, checking to make sure they were clear before moving on. They are well versed in working with implants and cancers. The facility is clean and Covid-times appropriate, with immediate temp check upon entry, available hand sanitizer, and I was in and out in 20 minutes - both last year and this year. This is my spot. I am so grateful for their care.

I was scared because it was my first time having a mammogram done but the nurse that does the diagnostic screening was super nice and gentle, she explains thoroughly and gives you useful information. She puts your mind at ease, hands down one of the best nurses

My Pcp is at this location and Dr Morales is great this location is well kept its easy to park glad i found them for the past 2 years

Doctors are GREAT. But don't ever expect your bills to be correct. If there are issues with incorrect charges and payments, do not expect them to be corrected without multiple calls, over payments, and rude treatment. I've tried for months to resolve issues that should never have existed in the first place. I've made multiple payments online, over the phone, via their payment systems, and to a collections firm, and NEVER has the payment been applied properly. Good luck.

They keep it well maintained out side on the grounds. As for the the inside it has always been clean when I've went too the office of Dr. HARVEY on the second floor. The restrooms are kept under lock and key, key you get from the doctor you would be seeing. And that's a good thing for the restrooms are always clean. Inside you will find family doctors to MRIs.Hope you enjoyed the write up on left. Good dayTONY
