Referred to Dr. Chan for double hernia surgery. I expect Doctors to be professional but I found Dr. Chan really sets the bar. I left his office completely convinced in his capabilities and dedication to my personal well being. The 4 hour surgery went longer than expected but amazingly well and my recovery was quick and painless, I never even needed an aspirin after 4 hours of robotic surgery! My two follow-up visits were routine and I was just given the all clear for all activities. I can't praise this surgeon enough for his skills and personal/professional demeanor.

I had an appointment with Doctor Chan to have minor surgery. His demeanor was surprisingly different than any other surgery doctor I have ever met. I immediately felt at peace with him. He is a gentle conscientious caring individual in a production society. In my experience male doctors are generally arrogant and towering over their patients. Doctor Chan was considerate, kind, and interchanging with his dialog, which made my wife and me very joyous that we came to him. I would never hesitate to recommend his services to anyone.
