Called to schedule an appointment on referral bc my primary does not have the capability to run the necessary tests to find out what is going on and was told by their receptionist that 'We don't do any tests or throat cultures here. You need to find somewhere else to help you'. I tried to explain that I am scheduling on referral bc my primary does not have the capability for these tests but she said that this office specifically could and was told again that this office doesn't do that and I would need to find somewhere else. I clarified a third time that this office, an ENT specialist, does not have the capability to do throat cultures. She said 'yes exactly'. My doctor's office then called to try to straighten it out and explain why exactly I was referred and essentially had a back and forth argument with the same receptionist who said 'Well my office manager has been here for 20 years and has never heard of this sort of culture or test being done so it isn't something that we do.' He may very well be an excellent physician but I wouldn't know as his office would not allow me to make an appointment based off a very specific referral from my primary care doctor to his office. Atrocious front desk customer service.

The doctor is great. The phone staff needs a course in customer service.

Dr B has helped my family in two separate occasions. The first was with my husbands sinus issues which stemmed from a surgery 20 years ago. He expertly was able to perform a life changing surgery and we couldn't be more grateful! Then recently he took my son in immediately to look at a concern I had with his nose. I love that he's so flexible with his schedule and willing to help his community!

We took our daughter in she thought she had a deviated septum like her dad whom Dr Said had done surgery a couple years back. My daughter had been using Afrin so much it made her nose swollen to the point dr wasn't able to see anything. He told her to stop using the Afrin come back in 6 weeks. We got our bill where he charged our insurance 1300 for an endoscopy he lied! I called to dispute and he stuck to his lie that he did what he charged us for. Our portion was 97$ no big deal i wouldn't mind paying that if his practices weren't so unethical. When a Dr flat out lies about the service he provides and passes the bill off to unsuspecting patients his integrity is shot. Never ever go see this guy. Oh yah during the visit my husband told him ,I had surgery a couple years ago." Dr looked up his nose and said,"whoa your gonna need another surgery youve got tissue growing around the bone" who did your surgery?" ,"you did", replied my husband. "I did that to you!!" The dr said in surprise!

Very knowledgeable and experienced doctor! I saw two doctors prior to seeing Dr. Said and both gave me a rushed visit, issued me a prescription for what they thought was a nasal infection and off I went. I was pretty confident that I had other issues going on that required something more. I went to Dr. Said for a second opinion. My gut feeling was right. Dr. Said was great. He spent a lot of time checking on my nose and figuring out what the problem was. He used a couple of instruments that the other doctors were not using during their examination. This was nice because he was actually trying to figure out what the problem was. I went in for a septoplasty surgery and I can finally breath now. I spent 10 years stupidly dealing with this problem instead of getting it addressed immediately. I can finally breath at night and throughout the entire night. I can also sleep on either side of the pillow without any issues. Before I could barely breath throughout the night when sleeping on my left side. I am very grateful for Dr. Said's time and effort he put into this. If you have any breathing issues I highly recommend Dr. Said! 10/10. Also big thanks to Margie for helping me throughout the process and answering all of my questions.

I am very grateful for meeting Dr. Said. He has changed and improved my quality of life. I had septoplasty with turbinate reduction a few months ago with Dr. Said and couldn’t be happier. I am breathing and sleeping much better than I have been in years due to my deviated septum and enlarged turbinates.Dr. Said made me feel welcomed from the moment I met him and explained the process the whole way through. He is compassionate and caring and really put me at ease with this procedure. Even after post op, he was able fit me into his busy schedule to check and make sure everything was healing properly and to clean/ clear my nose. I highly recommend him to anybody in the area seeking a knowledgeable ENT. I am beyond happy with the results.

I was referred over by insurance after I had previously seen two other doctors who misdiagnosed my condition and treatment. After a quick visit I met with the doc who was very polite, mater of fact, and answered all my questions. I told him my symptoms and told him of my previous visits with the doctor. It doesnt take a rocket scientist to figure out my septum was severely deviated but after examination he agreed and said the visuals were consistent with symptoms I expressed. I work in sports medicine and deal with a lot of orthopedic doctors. My sense of a good doctor is extremely strong and I was very comfortable with this doctor. He gave me my options and highly recommended surgery. I of course agreed because my whole life has been upside down and regulated around my breathing problems. The surgery was a success. Greatest decision I’ve ever made in my life. My whole life is now easier not having to constantly battle my breathing problems. The Doctor told me my nose was a serious battle because it had calcified so much (I am a boxer and martial artist with multiple nose breaks). He explained what he did and the specific complexities with my nose. This only strengthened my already strong trust and belief in this doctor. I would a thousand times over recommend Dr. Said to anyone with a similar issue

I had been putting of for many years not being able to breath threw my nose having many headaches until we started using mask for the virus i realized how bad my nose was he dr said explain i had a deviated septum it was bad i decided to proceed threw my surgery he listen to all of my question answered ever single one. He did a really good job i was impressed i was not bruised my cheeks swelled alittle other than that its been 3 weeks times i get sore i can finally breath threw my nose can't believe it took me many years to decide i needed surgery im glad i did best dr. Would definitely recommend him.
