List of Ling Xu's Reviews
They did the mistake on my immigration medical report. I call them several times to pick up the updated documents, but no one answer the phone and the office door is locked. Dose anyone know they are still open or not?
I visited Dr. Ling Xu office for my physical in June 2020. She was very kind and respectful the entire time. She listened to what I had to say and answered all my questions. I would definitely recommend Dr. Ling as a PCP.
I am 73 years old with serious medical problems and clinical depression. I have been a patient over 25 years. Dr. Xu is the best doctor I have ever had. She is a brilliant doctor who treats her patients with kindness, patience and respect and gives personal attention every visit. She returns calls in a very timely manner. Her office is always spotless and her staff is just wonderful. The wait time is minimal. Every visit is a wonderful experience. She has consistently exceeded my expectations. I just love her. She has extended my lifespan and I am eternally grateful.
She is a liar, has no respect for patients, only cares about money. Find another doctor, never her!
She is all in just for the money, and manipulates patients to get what she wants. I do not reccommend, terrible experience, and no respect for patients. Basically there was no one in the office both times I visited( second one a follow up)...so she knows she has a bad reputation. I found her online and she was close otherwise I wouldn't bother. Choose a better doctor, not her!
Aweful experience.... the doctor wasn't really showing a welcoming attitude nor the staff that works for her. Was asking for the blood and urine test result but got a different document. Had to ask again... wouldn't recommend it.
I changed my health plan and found Dr. Xu is in my network doctor, On April, I made an appointment with Dr. Xu for Annual check up and I also emailed her my last year lab results for reference, she asked me a few questions and sent me to do some lab test, two months after, I received a bill in amount of $327 for New Patient Visit. I called her office to discuss that my appointment should be an Annual check up, it should be 100% covered by my insurance company. Dr. Xu's staff said this is a New patient visit, not Annual check up, I need to another appointment if I need do an Annual check up.... It seems like Dr. Xu is very desperate to have patients go back over and over. So Beware of Annual check up appointment and NEW patient appointment. Patients Beware!!!
This doctor refuses to take credit cards if under $20 and charges a fee. That is against the contract with the credit card company, and is a major irritation for patients. Especially elderly. Keep in mind this is the level of consideration this doctor has for her patients.
Dr. Ling Xu is one the the most attentive doctor we ever met. Others don't like her style because she like to order blood test before she gives you diagnosis. For me, I think that is a good idea. She does not like to guess on what is really going on with her patient. What better way is it than not knowing what is going on in your body internally before prescribing drugs for you to take. It is better for her to know the root causes of your illness and blood test can help her to get a starting point with her diagnosis. She can then at least rule out the worst or act upon emergency matters internally if there's any in a timely manner.Dr. Ling Xu's staff are also very friendly and helpful. We love her style. Keep it up Dr. Xu.
The office never seems to be open and the message doesn't bother to say when they are open.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
