Very happy with the Urgent Care in Castro Valley. I didn’t wait (although going at 10am on a Wednesday helped) and saw a doctor quite fast who listened to me and gave me good advice. I was in and out in 45 minutes

The Urgent Care Center sent my wife to the Emergency Department. My wife was complaining about her pain in her chest ribs and back. She told them that she had a car accident. The nurse who decides the severity of the illness decided to just take people in the order that she arrived. I wonder why they even needed her there. I had a problem with my leg and received excellent care. My wife was not so lucky after 3 hours my 75 year old wife was taken for a X-ray. I came late because I was not sure that I would be allowed to go in. She told me that the nurse pushing the wheel chair bumped into something and acted like she was not hurt. We are not happy about her treatment.

I took my wife here to address flu-like symptoms that, after 5 days, were not improving. I've had great treatment in the past at the Urgent Care facility. My wife was seen in the hospital upstairs for a routine checkup last year and was very happy with the service provided. She was checked in shortly upon arriving at the Urgent Care facility as a walk-in. The entire staff was friendly and courteous. Efficiency and treatment was top notch and her diagnosis was perfect. We will continue to use this facility in the future. Folks... take a bow!

I felt well taken care of and throughly examined for my symptoms. All staff were friendly and helpful. Wait times were appropriate and not long. 2nd time in 3 years and can say quality of care still remains high. Even felt that I had revived higher quality than my primary. That good!

I put 2 stars because I know people will ignore 1 star ratings. This place is a scam. I got shafted with a $600 bill for them to check my temperature, my blood pressure, and for them to tell me I had food poisoning. When I entered info for a pay in 4 plan, their website errored out repeatedly(I entered the codes correctly and had my partner verify for me). But oh, of course, the direct pay tab works just fine. They were fighting with insurance the whole time too in order to charge me more. Do not go here. Save yourself a grand of pain.
