Estoy muy decepcionada. Eh intentado hacer una cita desde hace 5 meses! Y siempre hablo en español porque es mi primer idioma pero siempre me dijeron que no había recepcionista con el dentista o me ponían en espera por más de una hora y terminaba colgando. Esta vez intenté con todas mis ganas hablar en Inglés para ver si ese era el problema y solo así me pudieron ayudar. Que raro hace unos años el idioma no les importaba.

Worst place. Letting person waiting so long stating nurse in lunch break. No decency and courtesy. How they label as health care professionals. Should local government and people take action ?

Bad customer service! They front desk always hang up whenever I try to call for an appointment. They simply take the call and hang up!

Staff is not friendly at all, horrible wait time and to top that off they misplace your paperwork.

This place felt like it is in a third world country. Horrible desk service, ridiculous wait time, and the dentist gave me a referral to an orthodontist that doesnt even accept my insurance. I wouldnt go again evenif it we're free, unfortunately it wasn't free.

I have been a patient in the dental clinic for 2 years. I had extensive work. My encounters with the dentist and staff have always been pleasant. I have observed employees eager to learn, help & be friendly with kids. Its not a chaotic office...busy but well ordered. The Dentist is kind and caring.Its no secret that she cares about what she does. Dennise

I’ve been here many times for both myself and my daughter. We have experienced nothing other than kind, professional help. Kudos to the staff. We have never waited longer than what is expected. J. Garcia is the best!

Yesterday, March 4th 2019 i had an apmnt and was in waiting room 1. I suffer from mental illness. Dr. Oguchi H. Nkwocha was the Dr i was scheduled to see. While i was in the room waiting i heard a Medical Assitant tell the Dr "Dr the patient in room 1 is ok" and the Dr responds in a joking manner "thats what they ALL say" after his remark the Medical Assitant laughs and the Dr then goes in my room and acts as if he didnt make that comment. I have a really hard time as it is asking for help so when i heard that i felt embarrased and really angry. I came in the clinic in trust that i would be helped, not belittled and mocked. I once respected him and now i want nothing to do with that clinic or any of the Drs. Aside from the its really inconvienient because i live in Castroville and now i have to find a dr in salinas or watsonville because i dont feel comfortable going there anymore. That was really unprofessional!
