Banyan Treatment Centers - Palm Springs's Online Review Report Card

Banyan untimately saved my life, the staff and nurses were amazing and I learned so much from the program they have here and it changed my life for the better. I give Banyan a 5 star because they deserve every bit of credit. If it wasn't for banyan and the staff , especially teddy I would still be in a very bad place in my life. I can say today that next month makes a year since I went through their program and I still continue to attend online zooms any chance I get. So thankful for the rehab that became family ❤️🤞Below is the pictures from my before and after. Picture one is the day I entered banyan the second is clean and sober !

Ending up here is the last way i would describe this place. It was an opportunity. A blessing to say the least. If i ever had an opportunity to point someone in the right direction id tell them to take the leap like i did, go completely across the country, and begin your new life. Banyan palm springs is and always will be a second home to me. Teddy will drop just about anything to help and i call him consistently because he’s more than just an alumni coordinator. Hes a friend. Someone i can trust. Without a doubt. And Lisa Obrien will go above and beyond to do whatever she can to make sure you are taken care of. No matter what the sotuation. Bob Nunes was a huge contribute to helping me get my life back on track as well. And Dr. Ross is an absolute sweetheart. This place cares about their clients. They're the definition of recovery. Selfless. I cant thank banyan palm springs enough. I now have another chance at life.

Banyan Treatment Center in Palm Springs is such a wonderful place. It has played a pivotal role in my sobriety and amazing new life. When I arrived I was broken mentally, physically and spiritually. Almost 8 months later I still have my sobriety, and I couldn’t imagine the life that I have today. Their staff is exceptional. I have gained a new brother in Teddy Kult. Not only is he always available as a representative for the company but he has created an environment that brings the alumni together in a way that is so special. He has invited me back several times to speak at the treatment center, which means so much to me and is always checking in to say hello. This man is responsible for a huge change in my life and I’ll forever be grateful for him and everyone else at Banyan. Much love🙏👊

Banyan Treatment Center saved my life. Their programs are the best I have been to and this was my 4th inpatient rehab program. I am currently in their PHP program that is a step down from their inpatient program that I spent 30 days in. The staff is excellent and they even have alumni programs that are set up by a cool dude named Teddy! I want to give a shout out to all the staff from the driver, Jeff who picked me up, to the intake coordinators, Auggie, and Emily, to the therapists, Linda, Ish, Charlie, Bob, Patrick, and Jen. I love all you guys. I would also like to thank Sammy, Claud, and Deb who handles the meds. Oh, can't forget Shep, Jill, Patrick, and Sym. God Bless!

ABSOLUTELY THE WORST TO GO. This place is out of control client sneak & have sex in the rooms. Rooms are filthy. They are so desperate they'll take any insurance. Staff is horrible. Always running out of food for the clients the eats a lot of it THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOEN

*Update: I intend on being fully transparent and am leaving my original review, but want to shed light on how a servicer can appropriately remedy a situation. After a few phone calls and leaving this review I was finally able to connect with their executive team. Since our initial conversation they have been in continued communications with me throughout the week, to ensure a smooth transition for my FIL. I very much appreciate the time they’ve taken to work with me. While we can’t go back in time and erase what transpired, I do believe they took my concerns seriously and will do what they can to avoid such a situation from occurring again. If this is the kind of care attention that most patients and families receive, I’d say you’ll be in good hands here.Original review:My FIL was a patient in their PHP program and the entire experience was unconscionable. From the very beginning communication was irresponsible and lacking. We were unaware they changed his program and were then told he was no longer a fit. Never heard from a case manager. The family therapist does not take her job seriously and assist in any way-also doesn’t answer their phone. There is no accountable leadership to connect with. I attempted to reach medical/clinical directors (Dr. Ross and a nurse for medical) for weeks and never received a call back. The lead therapist never met my FIL until the last week but was the only one who would communicate with me, but took no accountability for failed communications. His personal therapist failed to call us over the final two weeks as promised as a weekly phone call—we also learned he is no longer employed there. My FIL was discharged without paperwork to take to his physician—only a certificate of completion which he did not do. Again, I have spent several hours trying to get a call from someone in charge and have received no communication.The number that they leave if you leave a poor review takes you to admissions and they cannot help.It is alarming that this facility is allowed to get away with completely ignoring standard protocol and patient care. I would never send a loved one to this facility if I wanted them to have a successful outcome.

I had an amazing experience here. It’s been almost a year since I was there and my life is better than ever. All the people I worked with here were all amazing and truly cared. The food was even amazing! Not to mention the place is so nice, it was like I was on vacation. Even to this day I’m close with the alumni coordinator, who still checks on me and my progress and runs a weekly meeting that I still attend online. I definitely recommend this place if you are struggling and ready to change your life. They give you the tools and support you need to succeed.

I have only good things to say about banyan treatment center in Palm springs it was first rate there have been reviews here that they're only in it for the money that couldn't be further from the truth they have an alumni program that is dedicated and always involved after you left they're not making any more money and yet they're still involved. The staff the counselors the therapists they're all first rate the alumni coordinator there is Teddy he's phenomenal and very involved with all of the alumni and not just Palm springs alumni they're wonderful

Had an wonderful experience here at Banyan. The Staff here was amazing, genuinely caring about their clients. My personal favs were Andrew and McKenzie who both went out of their way to share their stories and help me with my recovery. And I can’t forget about my main man Teddy who still calls me to this day to check up on me and offer whatever help I need. Can’t thank this staff enough
