I did even get any results from them. Tried to call and they don’t answer. Then they had the audacity to bill insurance. I will be filing an appeal.

Was seen by a doctor with no appointment even with how busy it was. My total was less than $300 with no insurance and that came with a covid test and a doctors visit. Resolved most symptoms onsite since the covid test was negative. Sent prescription info to a local pharmacy. Excellent service overall 👍

I schedule a COVID19 test because I was exposed to other people with COVID19 and nobody did not call me to tell me that my insurance did not cover only be an expose so this doctors office wasted my time coming here and then being told that my insurance wont cover it if I was exposed. I shouldve received a phone call like other Doctor offices do before your appointment to confirm. They are very unprofessional and customer service is very poor I do not recommend this place for anyone they are very rude.

Refused to do a Covid test. Said headaches werent a symptom but yet its listed on their questionnaire as a symptom.  Their worker James has a very bad attitude and actually hung up on me.  Said they were an urgent care facility not a Covid site. But yet again they offer testing. Maybe he needs to educate himself on what they actually do there. Seems as if you are going through insurance theyre not interested in helping you.

Employees at this urgent care are very rude they don’t want to help you and will make you wait for hours…

The worst urgent care in this town. Their staff is super rude and unprofessional. They disrespected my family and this is not the first time it happened. That is why I’m forced to leave a review. Someone needs to take an action against this. They treat patients very badly and especially patients who doesn’t speak English. I’m very disappointed and will not be coming back. I will be telling my family and friends about this. Very sad to see how they are running their business. Staff is super RUDE. My brother was seen at this urgent care. I was on the call and heard everything. Robert was very unprofessional and rude. My underage brother was in the room when Robert walked in and verbally attacked. My underage brother was traumatised by this experience. This is unacceptable and someone needs to take action against this type of behaviour . And Robert stated if your unhappy go somewhere else what kind of doctor are you? You shouldn’t be working and taking care of patients and underage children with this attitude. I’m very disappointed. I will never be coming back. It is very sad to see how their whole staff is treating minors like that especially in this pandemic. When people need healthcare workers the most. I’m a nurse myself and I’m very shocked to see this type of behaviour.

This place doesn’t even deserve a 1 star. This is the slowest worst place to go to. I have been here since 9 am and still waiting in the car. The lady who does the Covid test is so rude. I asked her twice how long it will be and she keeps saying 45 more minutes. They are letting people who sitting in the car let you cut. Employee needs to see that and stop that because it is not fair to us who are standing in the line in hot weather while the others sitting in the AC in their cars.

Worst place...I dont know why their name is urgent care...I took my daughter at 610pm caz she was having fever and they closses at 700pm according to them but they told me we cant do anything take her to any other place...I dont why they doesnt understand they are urge to care and they are open till 7pm and I was their at 610pm like they were having 50minutes to check my daughter...I had to go in an emergency...DONT Believe on their timing...Most Irresponsible people...

Waited over an hour here worst slowest wait ever. They are supposed to be quick. If you need an in and out this is not the place.
