The most unprofessional, ridiculously awful dentist’s office in the entire region. We had an appointment scheduled for 1:00pm. It is now 3:30pm as I write this review and WE WERE STILL NOT SEEN. I have never had to wait 2.5 hours for a SCHEDULED appointment. The receptionists are awful and disorganized. When I asked the front desk where we were in the queue she had no idea and said she didn’t know how the x-ray technician picked patients to service. SO THEY ARE NOT GOING IN ORDER?! So is the technician able to pick patients however they want? The order they were calling patients in was unfair and I note that they made the Latino and Black patients wait to be the last served and they took clients of other races who had arrived later first. We waited over 2.5 hours to learn that they didn’t even offer the service we were looking for and that we called ahead to verify they offered. I don’t care about the lack of service, as long as it was during our scheduled appointment time. THERE IS NO EXCUSE FOR MAKING PATIENTS WAIT 2.5 HOURS AFTER THE SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT TIME AND MAKING THEM WAIT BEHIND OTHERS WHO GOT THERE LATER. I am truly astounded by the level of incompetence and laziness of this office. Never again. They are unorganized and prejudiced. We strongly urge others don’t go in.

Been to this place about 3 times, I waited more than an hour all 3 times. One time I waited for an hour and 30 minutes just for them to tell me “were only doing xrays today, our doctor had to go home early.” Literally when I had 10/10 pain. Another time I waited an hour and 10 mins for them to do tell me my treatment plan and then to tell me “you have to come back later on in the day for your cleaning because our dental hygienist is backed up” like what?? This place is unprofessional, understaffed and they do not value your time. I would give this place a 0 rating if I could.

Never open when they state they are, had a few appointments that they scheduled showed up and there closed just wasting peoples time. Today’s Tuesday 10am and there still closed

Totalmente recomiendo western dental para cualquier tipo de cuidado dental, pero en especial quiero agradecer infinitamente a Michelle zamora por ayudarme en mi tratamiento de backets, la información, métodos de pagos, y pago inicial que Michelle me proporciono me dio la oportunidad de poder empezar mi tratamiento con seguridad, confianza, y pagos que se ajustan a mi economía! Mil gracias Michelle zamora por tu ayuda, y al igual para todos los que trabajan en western dental ubicado en 1524 richaland ave, ceres! 💯🙌🙏

Tienen mal servicio, estuve esperando más de una hora para mi cita y cuando al fin me tocó entrar me salen con que no me podían atender porque el material no estaba disponible, esta es la tercera vez que me hacen esperar y después de tanto me cancelan. No deberían agendar tantas citas si no tienen el suficiente personal o los materiales necesarios.
