A&C Urgent Care's Online Review Report Card

Would not recommended. Unorganized and poorly run clinic. Sat for 45 min after my appt time, pretty much empty waiting room, doctor in the hallway but no one came in. Nurse said said doctor would not perform the procedure I needed. When I decided to leave they were unphased besides asking if I'd paid my copay. Felt like a scam

I had to do a dot physical for work and my employer had me go to A and C urgent care in Cerritos. This was the first time I have been here everyone in the office is so nice and helpful and Jennifer the nurse P.A. is so nice and friendly. I had some trouble with the system being down to submit the forms but they kept trying all day and Jennifer called me to let me know the forms went through and had me finish the forms. Thank you A and C for the help and being very friendly. I would highly recommend this place.

A&C Urgent Care has always been great to my family. The front desk staff is very helpful and welcoming, and the doctors are knowledgeable and caring. They always take good care of my kids and make sure we’re treated with respect and kindness. Highly recommend this place!

Dr. Bhalla and the staff were incredibly patient and compassionate during my son treatment. Their professionalism and kindness made a challenging situation much easier for both my son and our family. It’s reassuring to know that he was in such good hands. Thank you once again for your dedication and support.

Third time I come to this urgent care. Doors open, lights in, no receptionists to be found anywhere during business hours

My mom has been trying to get an appointment for this clinic 3 times, 2 of the 3 times they just made her wait with her hand pain, and it is raining today the doctor doesn't show! My mom is sick and still came to her appointment. She tried to make more appointments on the phone and they hung up on her! I believe this place doesn't take itself seriously at all!! It shouldn't be called urgent care, more like lazy care they should revoke their medical license because it's not working.

In the morning I was put on a short hold and they hung up, I thought maybe it was an accident/mistake so I tried back again, but no answer. I call again this afternoon and that's where the phone issue starts. They answer the phone with a what do you want attitude and hang up with no help. Front desk or whoever answers the phone (from what I believe her name was) "Kay" is rude and unprofessional! Why tell patients that they will receive an authorization letter in the mail and when they get it and call to verify you hang up? Had to call again and got told its not authorized and immediately hung up on. We had explained to them as fast we could before she hung up again that we received the approval letter. After calling again, someone else let us know that it wasn't approved yet in their system even though we had the approval letter. To those that have family that do not speak English, they will not help you. My family member tried to make their appointment and couldn't make their appointment so I called to translate for them. (I thought because they didn't know Spanish they couldn't assist her, but no it wasn't the only reason, they hung up on her the day before as well.) They don't have translators on staff from what it seemed on our last visit as well. Another patient there warned us about this place, but we didn't think much of it at first until when we tried to follow up on the next step of treatment. They are not an urgent care center, you need an appointment. Please take your loved ones somewhere else
