Went to this urgent care because my insurance accepts them. Walked in need care and was told I needed to make an appointment. Never heard of needing an appointment to be seen at an urgent care. Isn't the point of urgent care to WALK IN . Do not go to this place. They are in the back of a grocery store. That was the first red flag

This was a really convenient option and everything was hassle free. Megan in particular was so nice and welcoming. She went out of her way and left me feeling much better than when I came in.

My son needed a sports physical last minute, called over to the clinic and Megan got us right in! The process was quick, thorough and affordable. The physician was great and Megan was amazing!! Definitely will be using them for any of our families minor medical needs from here on out.

The service was great. Fast. Straight to the point. Kind & helpful. It's nice when you can go somewhere and talk to people like regular. If I ever have a workmans comp claim, I'll go back there again. Convenient for me since it's near my home.

I had no experience with this Action Urgent Care so i didn't know what to expect. I called and the woman on phone was super patient and answered my questions. I made an appointment for that day and it turned out that was a great thing to do. The Med Assistant at the Chico Safeway clinic was super nice and explained everything as we went. I talked to the doctor by Zoom. She was in the Bay Area. She was great too. For my situation this worked fine.They were all courteous and competent. Thanks!

I have never had such a pleasant urgent care experience. Made an appointment via the app and was seen right when I arrived. Was tested for COVID, strep, and the flu on the spot and received results while still in the room. Both the nurse and the doctor were very kind. Would absolutely recommend.
