Prior to Dr. Silverstein moving to North State Cardiology, I had a good relationship with him after he took over the patients of Dr. Pearson. However, after the Paradise Fire, when I, tried to get a refill on my heart medication, I couldn't get passed the front office of North State Cardiology to get enough medication to last till they had an opening to be seen. This was for HEART MEDICINE. It was doubtful that I would have survived without it. Fortunately for me, I made a trip to So. CA where I found a doctor that renewed the RX until an appt. was available, there. Understandably, no other doctor, in the Chico area would extend my RX because they had not seen me at all. Not a good situation with North State Cardiology front office.

Once he determined that I did not need stents (surgery) he was done with me and blamed all my issues on sleep apnea. Very politically opinionated as well.
