Do not go to this Dr. cannot deal with health issues at all. No support from front staff for the dr, should have license pulled

I’ve been trying to get in to see doctor Corona as a new patient for over a month. I filled out their medical records request form to transfer records from my previous physician and they’ve told me I can’t be seen by doctor corona until those have been reviewed. Ok I understand that. But every time I’ve had to talk to the receptionist she cuts me off and is very rude. I call to check to see if my records have been received and if they haven’t how can I help speed up the process. Twice now the receptionist has told me she’s busy with patients and can’t talk right now and hangs up on me! Another time she said she would call me back because she was dealing with patients and I never heard back from her. I wish I could review dr corona because I’ve heard good things about him but if this is how dealing with his front office staff will be I’m going to attempt to see someone else. At this rate I’ll never get past the awful front desk girl. The receptionist is the first person a patient deals with and the way they treat patients speaks volumes about the integrity and atmosphere of the medical office. Dr. Coronas front line is far from friendly and professional. Hoping this review gets to the management of the office to re-evaluate their level of customer service they aim to provide.

My mom been his Patient for about six years and never in my life had bad experiencing. The staff always find a way to get you in soon as possible the wait time may be long or short but it’s so worth waiting to see the doctor corona.Dr. Corona staff member name Evelyn I believe that’s her name .she great u have a question She find the answer and get back to you as soon as possible.. she receive you with a smile happy to see you she’s not one of the people who are there just to make money you can tell that she loves her job well at least that’s what I see. My mom feel welcome every time and happy that she gets her answers right away I highly recommend Dr. Corona to anybody

One of the best providers ive worked for. He goes above and beyond for his patients. Works long hours to get what needs to be done. He answers his phone on weekends to answer any questions patients may have. He even goes out of his way to visit patients at home to check to see how they are doing

Dr. Corona and his staff are very hard working, they always strive for the best. I’ve never seen a provider work as hard as him for his patients and very independent and very involved with his patients. He even does his own referrals and calls up pharmacy’s at times. There’s a reason why this place is always full.. He also treats his patients like actual humans not like numbers and he takes his time with each case verses other providers who only wanna rush to see patients every ten minutes. It does take awhile to be seen but I rather wait for a provider who’s compassionate and isn’t all about the money now a days it’s hard to find humble providers.

This doctor is the rudest, incompassionate most highly unprofessional doctor I have ever met in my life. It scares me that there are doctors like this out there. Don't ever go he will vent to you about how little he gets paid, and how we as patients have nothing to complain about He always forgets every time why his patients come in he is absolutely a disgrace
