My doctor was moving on to another practice in another town. Dr Carlson took over my care. He was very knowledgeable about my disease and immediately started me on a medicine that has had a very positive effect on my condition. He was very positive, understanding, compassionate, and knowledgeable. A friendly Doctor.

abandon patients, parent had been going to mission ranch for years, normal doc retired and he took over the docs patients, he prescribed her pain meds for months after, and then he just stopped her meds, no titration cold turkey off opiates after taking them for many years risking her life and causing more pain, unethical and shouldn't be allowed around test mice let alone patients. He is an oathbreaker and has caused harm. Also reporting to state medical board.

He had a melt down when we visited him. Apparently Mission Ranch does not provide enough support (he has to "share" a nurse) so patients must wait a long time and/or their phone calls go unanswered. Looks like he's tired of patients, like us, complaining and he had a major unprofessional melt down in front of us. I was expecting him to call back later and apologize for his behavior and what he said, but.... didn't happen. We will be looking for another doctor. One with more control of his frustration and anger issues.
