By far, the best Dr. in Chico! Not only was Dr. Tedford my Pediatrician when I was a child, but is now seeing my three children. I trust his judgement 100%; he definitely has the experience. His staff is very friendly and accommodating, I feel very lucky to have them as our "go to". I am dreading the day he chooses to retire...

Staff was very short and rude over the phone my daughter was only 3 weeks old he was my pediatrician and all of my siblings and he would not take her as a new patiaent. Also there medical billing department for Tedford never returned my phone calls I left 3 messages and never got a call back.

Have taken both of my children to Dr.Tedford. He has great bedside manner and is great with the kids. He also has worked with us on ADHD and is very knowledgeable in the area. The staff is great and has things ready before you even ask. I just brought in immunization records to be updated during a busy period of the day. They updated them with a smile even while efficiently calling back appointments. Made me feel like they were happy to help. That is normal in this office.

My kids are now 13 and 11, and Dr. Tedford has been their pediatrician since birth. We love him. He is tall with a deep but slow and gentle voice. He takes his time and has always offered great service. He has early-identified different medical problems with each of my kids that needed the attention of specialists, and he helped us get connected with great specialists for their needs. I have come away from his office every time feeling thankful that I came and confident that he gave us exactly the advice/treatment that we needed.

Dr. Tedford was my pediatrician 28 years ago and I knew looking at our list if options for our baby we had no other choice. He is still the same gentle, caring and knowledgable doctor that I remember. Now being a parent myself he makes my husband and I feel comfortable as new parents. He allows us to make choices for our child while giving is the information we need and he supports whatever decision we make. I have recommended Dr. Tedford to 2 of friends who recently had babies and they love him as much as I do. Thank you Dr. Tedford for being a wonderful part of out community.

No waiting before the appointment. Staff was friendly. Dr. Tedford took his time to get to know my daughter since she was a new patient. Quick diagnosis & left with a follow up. This service changed after her initial visit. The doctor was in and out and had a medical assistant perform her ear flush even though my daughter experienced pain. It took a few office visits before he would agree to send her to a specialist. One visit with the ENT and she felt a million times better.

Dr. Tedford was my doctor when I was growing up, and he is now my sons doctor. If that doesn't speak volumes, then I'll say that I highly recommend Dr. Tedford!
