I am not sure how prior writers had the great experiences they described. I felt like a faceless number in Dr. Bangsund's office. The nurses and reception personnel were nice, but you will likely hardly see Dr. Bangsund and no one will take any responsibility for actually ensuring that you get better in any way. You will realize eventually that it is not about you, the patient. Everything is about them (NOT you, the patient) -- were they able to enter the right numbers in the right documents, complete X-number procedures, synch with insurance, get paid on schedule, go home on time. That is what is important -- not you. And I do not mean this in a touchy-feely way. No one will take any responsibility for ensuring you feel or are medically one iota better -- and if you have more than a question or two (they do not take complaints at all -- that is way outside the pale), they will tell you "go to the emergency room" or "dial 911." Even if you have just spent tens of thousands of dollars with them.

Dr Bangsund is an excellent physician. He has a great bedside manner. Whenever I bring up my concerns, he is a good listener and he always treats me with respect. He is very honest and with kindness and compassion always gets right to the point when explaining my problem, test results, & plan of action. After I discussed my concerns about what anaesthesia & post-procedure issues I had, Dr. Bangsund made sure that I was given a top notch anaestheologist who turned out to be the best anaestheologist that I have ever had. Dr. Bangsund's staff is very professional. They do an excellent job of scheduling appointments & procedures. They are efficient in getting messages to the doctor and letting me know the answer to myvquestion or request. This office even took an extra effort with me to make sure that a procedure would be scheduled, because of my extenuating circumstances, in a way that would not conflict with my work & other appointments.

This doctor belongs to a group that is some how connected with Enloe hospital. They charge way to much. Even for a specialist. Then Enloe tacks on a ridiculous charge to use the room. Take the doctor out for a steak dinner and talk to him. It will be cheaper!
