Unfortunately, they do not have good business practices. I would give them zero stars if that was an option. I had an emergency and missed a microderm abrasion appointment. I was fine with paying the $50 missed appointment fee, however, they charged me twice, $100. I have called about 5 times over the past few months, and they have not called me back or refunded me. It seems to me that they have zero compassion for people paying out of pocket due to insurance not being accepted. It has been almost three months and I have not received a call or a refund. Also, I paid $115 for a dermatologist to look at my face for two seconds. She didn't even look closely or under a light. Just prescribed some meds and shuffled me out. If you are looking for quality health care, do not go here.

I've been seeing Laura Taylor for years and she's always great! She's frozen off a couple of sketchy spots and it's always a painless and easy process. Great bedside manner, she's easy to talk to and listens to your concerns. The office is always clean and smells like a spa and the girls up front and the assistants are always so nice! :-) Highly recommend!

Stephanie was very attentive to my concerns. She made me feel comfortable from the moment she walked in. She takes the time to explain things fully and is very knowledgeable.

The staff is very welcoming and respectful. The doctors are easy to talk to, up on the latest and competent. I was thrilled to find these people.😊

I am disappointed to write this review as Brent Hopson was one of my favorite providers. Myself and several of my family members have been going here for years. Since he left, this place has drastically gone down hill. Recently I purchased a sunscreen that caused me to break out into white bumps all over my forehead. I tried it a second time to confirm it was indeed the product. I called to ask about their return policy/guarantee of products and basically they told me they don't guarantee their products because no one has ever complained about breaking out from it before. Stephanie, the office manager (?) then went on to tell me that if you purchase skin products from any other company, you cannot return them once opened. This is absolutely not the case. Raise your hand if you've been to Sephora or Ulta and bought something that didn't match your skin color, that made you break out or that you simply didn't like? 100% they will give you your money back. In other words, they guarantee their products. Considering the thousands of dollars that we have paid Argyll since coming to Chico, arguing with me over $70 seems very petty. Myself and my family will never return there again and I'm pretty sure that means they just lot out on way more than $70 worth of business over the years.Updated review: Laura saw my comment and personally reached out to me to apologize for what happened. They made it right by refunding my money and retraining their staff on the return policy/guarantee of their products. I appreciate the prompt reply and that they realized what happened was not ok. Thank you Laura and staff for making it right and for personally reaching out to me
