Dr Foster is a fine doctor, but some of his staff are rude. The german sounding women and office manager both treated me terribly.

My experience with Dr Foster was great with the exception of the VERY RUDE STAFF excluding Donna the office Manager. Good luck with other rude incompassionate staff.

my husband and I have had nothing but issues with this drs office. They answer the phone 1 out of 20 times we call. They billed my husband because they didn't have his insurance information for a period of time. They billed his insurance prior to and after these visits! Sound suspicious to me. The staff in the office is rude, they close the office whenever they want to, and can't seem to get their poop together. I am going to find a new dr for my husband and they can go fly a kite.

He is an alright doctor, but some of this staff up front are lazy and rude. The office manager and the assistant with the accent are mean, nasty and lazy. They never return calls or treat you with respect. Find a different doctor unless you like being treated badly.

Dr. Foster is great! He needs t o get rid of his staff. You need to contact the office 5 or 6 times to get any answers. His staff is incompetent.

Dr. Foster is great. He was my parents doctor for over ten years and my doctor for many years as well. Since the virus has hit, they have closed the doors and aren't answering their phones. When you can get some one on the phone, they all seem like they are mad, and very short. They used to be so nice. Very frustrating as I don't really want to find a new doctor, even if I could. I'm paying my insurance premiums, but can't even use them. Stupid me.

Love Dr. Foster. He always listens to your problems and gives great advice. The reason for 3 stars is his office staff. Every time I call, no one EVER answers the phone. I have had to call and leave message after message with no call back. I have even had to come into the office to get info that could have easily been handled over the phone! Shame on poor customer service.

Dr. Foster is completely trustworthy and honest. I have been his patient for many years. What I like about Dr. Foster is he listens to all my issues then makes recommendations. Any new patient will be thankful for a competent professional.
