I didn't have an appointment until the middle of November but stopped hoping I would be seen due to the problem related to my implants 2 months ago. To my surprise, I was fitted right in and assisted . Problem resolved. I'm very thankful and pleased.

I had the best experience at Ace Dental Specialty Office, and I had dreaded going. My old dentist joined a new group and this was the now specialty referral office - ugh, I thought; corporate and no attention and perhaps low experience. Was I wrong. From the Staff to the Specialists, wonderful service. The Staff so helpful and accommodating to my health care needs, and Dr. Lee first being so explanatory in risks and benefits, gently repeating throughout the procedure and explaining all - this was really good. And the skill working on my teeth - excellent. The first doctor also so good and thorough. Felt well taken-care-of. Recommend Ace Dental highly and thank you for the great service.

It was a good experience getting baby tooth extracted. Great service all questions were answered. And appreciate the after care instructions. Definitely family feel

The scheduling is off !!! One minute they want you now! next minute later! But I had a really great experience, Dr. was very fast and very professional! Same with the front and back staff !!

I brought my daughter here for an orthodontic consult solely because they are our assigned orthodontic provider by our insurance. I’ll leave a detailed, but not all-inclusive review, for the sake of time, of our experience seeing as how it appears they like to argue with patients on here… I emailed the office my daughter’s referral 2 weeks prior to the appointment. I had to call to follow up and make an appointment, still no issue with the submitted referral. I the submitted their requested info, including the front and back of our insurance card, via the online portal link that was texted to me before the appointment. Within those 2 weeks I was never told there was an issue. However, when we arrived, we waited 30 minutes before the front desk even started reviewing my daughter’s chart in which case they began claiming that they could not verify our insurance and the manager proceeded to tell them to make us wait since we didn’t turn in the necessary paperwork. We then waited another 60 minutes… Mind you, I submitted ALL the requested paperwork — Verifying the insurance is then the provider’s responsibility, not the patient’s. So, NINETY minutes later we were finally seen by the orthodontist for approx 10 minutes. He told us to wait for the manager to give us a quote. We wait, again, some more! She then comes in and says she will call me in 2 days…. Waiting for a necessary service is fine to me, I was patient and kind and encouraging my child to do the same, but when you don’t get what you’re waiting for at all, it becomes TWO HOURS of waiting for nothing. You can decide for yourself if you want to go here. We’d rather pay out of pocket and go somewhere that respects a patient’s time and knows how to manage a healthcare business.

My wife found this place online. When she went in for the exam the staff was courteous but the wait time was extensive and unfortunately she had to stand up due to it being a small waiting area. After her exam they explained they need to get authorization from her insurance for her root canals. She went in May and she found out from the insurance company she had been approved. They never followed up with approval, she called them and told them she had been approved the beginning of July, the young lady said she still didn't see anything in the system and she would have to email her manager. Also a TD the dentist said she needed they did not even submit. The insurance company said that tx was covered but the dental office said it wasn't even though they never submitted it. Very unprofessional for them to tell her it was denied even though it wasn't submitted.
