Dear Avion Dental Clinic, I hope this message finds you well. However, I am writing to express my deep frustration and dissatisfaction with the incomplete treatment I have received, as reflected in the account statement you recently sent. It is unacceptable that the screws on my implanted teeth, which clinically require to be covered and sealed with composite material for proper stability, were left incomplete. This failure to provide the necessary treatment reflects a blatant disregard for your legal, professional, and ethical responsibilities as outlined by the American Dental Association and the California Department of Consumer Affairs. To further exacerbate the situation, your office scheduled multiple appointments, purportedly to complete the treatment. I made the significant effort to drive 50 miles from Los Angeles, only to be met by a staff dental hygienist, rather than the attending dentist, attempting to cover for the scheduled appointment. This unprofessional and careless behavior is inexcusable and has caused me significant frustration, wasted time, energy, and financial resources. It is appalling that such a well-regarded clinic would engage in these ridiculous, game-playing tactics with a professional patient. This issue is not just about incomplete treatment; it is about a breach of trust and the failure of your clinic to fulfill its professional obligations. If this matter is not addressed immediately and appropriately, I will be left with no choice but to pursue legal action. Additionally, I will be filing a formal complaint with the California Dental Association and the state licensing board. I demand that this situation be rectified without further delay. Please arrange for the completion of my treatment by a qualified dentist at your earliest convenience, and ensure that all future appointments are handled with the professionalism that your clinic claims to uphold. I had my cavity fixed by Dr.Kong. I swear it feels super fast like 15minutes or less (not sure the exact duration), but it was painless, fast, and perfectly filled. I can tell that he is very skilled. Right before, I also have my teeth cleaned by Vivian, it was quick and felt so clean. Glad I come here despite a bit of a long drive from where I live. Totally recommended their services!

I really do enjoy this dental office. I’ve been to too many that are in genuine when they see you. Dr. Kim really likes to build a personalized relationship with his clients. Also, the dental hygienists are consistent. So is the office staff. I appreciate professionalism, which sadly you don’t find in many dental offices these days.

The staff here is extremely friendly and prompt. The office has a clean, modern look with state-of-the-art x-ray equipment. I'm definitely recommending Avion Dental to my friends and family.

Awesome staffs, great, friendly dentist. I went in to see Dr Kong about my cracked crown. He immediately, took action and repaired it w/o having me come back a diff day. Dr Kong listened to my issues and resolved it right away.
