Dr. Cheung has been a blessing as my provider at St.Jude, now Providence. She is detailed in her exams and has great bedside manner. Best Doc I have had in a long time.

She was listed as accepting new patients during open enrollment so I selected her as my PCP in Jan. I called to schedule a visit for pain and a new pt visit in Jan and was told the soonest appointment would be in the beginning of April. I scheduled that appointment and was called by the office a few weeks after to reschedule that appt. I received a confirmation call a day before my new appointment. The office called me 2 hours prior to my appt to cancel due to a “meeting”! The office should have put their patient’s concerns first. When I called to reschedule, the next available app was in June! This is unacceptable care. I had taken the day off from work and I fasted so I could take bloodwork on the same day, since they have scheduling issues. This is not how you treat new patient or existing patients. Thankfully, my insurance allowed me to change PCPs today so I can try a new doctor. The scheduling staff (not in the office) were apologetic and courteous.

I have been waiting for over 90 minutes for my appointment. At this point, I am no longer willing to wait. I will be switching primary care physicians.

Dr. Cheung is amazing. Her receptionist and scheduler are abysmal. It's virtually impossible to get an appointment, so every sick visit I have to make with another doctor and physicals have to be made three months in advance. Staff are disorganized, change appointments without notice, and are rude and insufferable. If I didn't like Dr. Cheung so much, I would never put up with the aggravation.

Dr. Cheung is the best! I always felt comfortable talking to her about any health concern without any fear or shame. She really cares and will inspire you to take good care of your body. I would have continued seeing her, but she moved away. Thanks for everything, Dr. Cheung!
