I felt compassion for my situation was expressed throughout the visit. An appointment for me to see the md was generated by Dana and I thought that went above and beyond my expectations. I saw the md Thursday and I am so grateful for her assistance to get me in sooner that I expected. THANK YOU SOOO MUCH!!!

Dr was super friendly and caring towards myself and my kids. The front office on the other hand , not so much. It was pouring rain and they were asking people to still wait outside. I was very sick and had my husband to help with my kids and they said one parent only. I could barely hold myself together let alone hold my sick 4year old . I feel like if one parent is sick and all being seen another parent should be allowed to help. I understand it’s busy but we go in super vulnerable and don’t need to be treated non human at the front. Show a little compassion .
