Daryl K Tsai's Online Review Report Card

I was very unsatisfied with my previous pediatrician and his office, so was looking for a new one. We saw dr. Tsai was close and had excellent reviews, so decided to see him. Between my 2 kids, we've had a couple regular check ups, and a few appts regarding some concerns I had, and every time I've seen him, I've been extremely satisfied. He is very patient, and never makes me feel rushed or stupid when I share my concerns, very gentle with the kids, provides excellent and knowledgeable advice, and really listens to you. I also appreciate the staff working here. So far from the times we've come, they've been polite and great with my kids as well. The last thing I appreciate is that on the weekends when they're closed, they do have a number you can call to speak to a doctor. The office also looks clean as well. Overall, love this doctor!!

Dr. Tsai has been our doctor for the past year and a half and we feel extremely blessed to have our daughter in his care. Every time we have been to the office the staff treats us like VIP guests and I have also witnessed that they naturally treat anyone who walks through the door the same way. The nursing staff is extremely kind and personable and Dr. Tsai takes very special care to be sure he addresses all concerns. Any time we visit he has treated my teenage daughter with the same respect as if he were speaking with another adult, taking all of her concerns and questions seriously. We recently brought her in with some concerns and had some lab work done. I was surprised to receive a personal follow up phone call from Dr. Tsai himself to let us know that everything looked great with the results the day after the labs were done. I was surprised how quick it all happened and it really helped put my daughter and myself at ease. He also made sure to ask if we had any other concerns he could help with before we come in again. Dr. Tsai is the most caring doctor I have ever encountered. I wish I could find a doctor like him to see the rest of our family! I highly recommend Dr. Tsai to anyone with kids and wish him and his staff the best for continued success in his practice. This office definitely sets the bar for quality pediatric care.

Excellent doctor with very friendly and wonderful staff. My kids are very comfortable in the office and with him and his staff. They are only little still and actually get excited about going to see him. We are never waiting too long for our appointment to begin and he doesnt rush through appointments. My concerns are never brushed off like with a previous pediatrician we had and he actually pays attention. I dont feel like him having to be in the room with my children is just a formality. He actually cares. I highly recommend him.

Dr. Tsai is a truly excellent doctor. All three of my kids have seen him since they were babies (now 9, 5, and 1) and we have been through so much medically with them. Doctor Tsai has always been attentive, caring and an extremely competent doctor. He listens to you and gives you all of the time you need to ask questions and talk. He very often calls with lab results , etc even if its later in the afternoon and gives full explanations without any rush. Him or dr Lu are always available off hours which has been absolutely invaluable for me as a mom. I have felt bad calling with questions, but they are always patient , and extremely helpful. The cherry on top is that the office staff is SO very pleasant and really on top of their work . Honestly , I can't say enough about this office and my kids love it too!

Dr Tsai is very nice. He always takes his time to answer all our questions and check on my son. We love that he is very nice to his patients. My son is almost 2, and after having gone to another pedia when he was younger, we made the best decision to change his pedia and went to Dr. Tsai. His staff are very nice as well. They take care of the patients well.

Dr.Tsai is awesome! All three of my boys have been going to him since they were born, they are now 10, 8, and 4. He's so friendly and my kids love him. He was so calm and understanding when I'd call all hours of the night as a first time mom. The staff is just as friendly and helpful!

Staff is professional and friendly and Dr. Tsai is great with the kids.

We have been with Dr Tsai for 7 years and he is probably the best doctor I’ve ever been too He is very attentive to our concerns answers all questions and my kids love him. He spends plenty of time with us but they are also great at getting you in and out quickly.Another great thing about this office is that the girls in the fromt are so helpful and kind . I think most offices are lacking a good front office staff but here they are too notch.
