Dental Matrix Dr. Quinn Yu, Dds's Online Review Report Card

I have been a patient at Dental Matrix for about 2 years now and have had cleanings, cavity fills, crown procedures, and completed the Candid Pro aligners. Dr. Yu and her team are amazing! Everytime I step foot in the clinic I feel welcomed and impressed by the cleanliness. I always wanted to correct my smile but did not feel comfortable doing it solely online. Candid Pro is hybrid with an easy app and communication with your dentist! I'm glad I chose this route because Dr. Yu made sure my teeth and gums were healthy prior to starting. In addition she followed my progress and gave me advice throughout treatment. Overall I am so happy I found Dr. Yu and will not leave her. She is the first dentist to measure my gums and educate me on why flossing is so important. I now floss daily and see a big difference. She never pressures me into procedures or rushes during treatment. I was nervous about the crown procedures but she was so gentle and made sure I was comfortable. Jennifer, her assistant, is also so sweet and attentive to detail. In addition to the quality care the clinic itself is so beautiful and calming, it barely resembles a dental office. Her husband, Frank, is a retired architect and he did an amazing job! I highly recommend Dental Matrix- you won't regret it!

Excellent care and customer service.

I've always been afraid of the dentist. Until I came to Dental Matrix, my whole perspective switched. I actually don't mind coming now, especially since Dr.Yu makes you feel so welcomed and calm. I highly highly recommend coming here!!

I would like to start off by saying that the dentist and all her staff are very kind. I went back twice because how pleasant the debris is. But, I had to find a different dentist because of how poorly the office handles appointments. Every visit that I had was a long experience due to having to wait. My bf also had the same experience and after returning for a clean up had to leave because he waited for 45 minutes to be seen. We're all professional adult who have limited time to be waiting to be seen. Why have an appointment system? I also had a bad experience with a root canal that was done here and had to go to another dentist to fix it. I've since found another dentist and would not return.

Very high quality care. No wait when calling front desk. Appointments start on time. Very caring dentist. Dr. Quinn Yu puts in the extra effort to keep myself comfortable and talked me through the process. Got a wisdom tooth removed and only felt a pinch.

I rarely right reviews, unless worth doing so. I have been going to Dr Quinn, since 2022 when I first moved to Diamond Bar and has been my dentist since. Firstly, I just want to express my thanks to Dr Quinn for being so patient with me, Dr Quinn is very caring and has a methodical like way of treating her patients, she's not pushy, she listens and carefully goes to the next step in the proper order of the dental procedure. I have serious periodontal disease and I've had suffered some pain and tooth lost because of it. Since being cared for with Dr Quinn, I've felt so much better less pain and less nervous when being at the dentist. I have to say I trust Dr Quinn more than I've trusted any dentist. Id also like to thank Tom for being the best assistant to Dr Quinn, he helps the dental experience become less nerve racking, he's genuine, nice and caring as well. I'll be honest I almost feel like they are family to me. Thank you again.

Regardless of where we live, my husband and I, we're still coming back to Dr Yu for our dental care. She's details, sweet and caring. - I recently had gum disease, besides the deep cleaning, Dr Yu introduced me to Perio Protect, it's a customized tray that you used to add Perio Gel (hydrogen peroxide gel) and wear them daily for 15' to keep your gum healthy. FYI, this method is approved by FDA. - It really WORKS. My gum is getting much better, no more often swollen or got infection like it used to be. My teeth and mouth feels clean and fresh after each used. Thank you Dr Yu for taking a good care of our teeth. Last, but not least, thank you Frank, Victoria (Dr Yu's assistants) for your kindness and support. - If you have a gum disease, don't hesitate to contact Dr Yu. I'm sure she'll take care of you just like she did for us.

Just picked up an Ulu brush from the dental office and have been using it for a week now. I've seen some influencers use this or something similar and was curious how good the device would perform. After using it for a week I have to say it's actually pretty cool. I love how soft and all encompassing the brush is. It kind of reminds me of a mouth guard but one that can brush my teeth with it's gentle vibrations and it has whitening as well as infrared healing modes to make my teeth feel extra clean and healthy. Would recommend to give it a try!
