Hillcrest Dental Studio's Online Review Report Card

I don't know how this people manage to delete my previous review. But please listen to me STAY AWAY of this place, this people charge insurance for bad jobs, yes they have the nerve to collect on bad quality jobs, if you need a good denture this is not the place, the female called Dr, that is so unprofessional and rude mistreat my mother along with the woman on the front. When my mom asked them to fix her denture this woman Ashini told my mom that the denture was not good because her gums were not even, we filed a complaint with dental board and we had a call with a judge you know what her representative said , that my mom didn't need a denture in the first place according with this so called Dr. , do here is my question if my mom didn't need it then why they did it? Took them more than three months to deliver and when they did it was a piece of trash nobody would be able to use it. So this tells you what kind of people is this, just want to steal money out of people that really needs a service. Go away or you will spend money on people that don't know what they are doing.

My visit was very pleasant. Staff and the Doctor are very professional, pleasant, friendly and knowledgeable. By the way I am a dentist also. I definitely recommend Hillcrest Dental Studio.

I had a great experience with Dr. Harsh Kalyani. He was super professional and really gentle, making my dental visit easy and comfortable. I totally recommend him if you need awesome dental care!

The most obvious fake reviews I've ever seen. Multiple reviews that have left only one review for this place. Very suspicious. This place does not respect the patients or their schedules. Zero stars would never recommend to anyone. I showed up yesterday and was denied my 4 pm appointment. Super unprofessional would not recommend to people I hate let alone love.

Service was quick and informative; the dentist was pleasant and reassuring and helped explain not only what procedures were necessary, but also why.

After meeting with several dental offices I met with Dr. Ashini regarding a dental procedure I needed. She was the only one who asked me what I wanted. Based upon my wants she came up with the perfect plan for me. I am a 69 year old man and she introduced me to her husband Dr. Harsh. Dr. Harsh is the best dentist I've ever been to. The procedure was a lot of work and he was brilliant. I want to shout out the office manager Loreine who handled the financial end and scheduled all my appointments. Maria and Tina are the dental assistant team and they are always super friendly and professional. I have found a new home.

I love the experience that I received from Hillcrest Dental studio in Chino hills. He is the first Dentist who told me I have the least amount tooth decays comparing to other previous dentists I went. He also showed me his sympathy, understanding and provided me necessary treatment plans according to my financial situation at this moment without pressuring me that I have to do this and that unlike other previous dentists that I went to. It is showing that he is a genuine dentist . I would love to have him as my regular dentist from now and I’ll advertise him to people that I know . Thank you Dr Harsh.

Awfull service, stay away from this people, me and my family starting going to this office when they were new on the area, at the beginning they were very nice and friendly, but as they started to have more business things changed to the point that they show no respect for your time, they schedule you for one time and they end up seeing you after a long wait, plus they look at 3 or four different patients pretty much at the same time which i don't think is profesional at all. We have experienced so many bad appointments that we are done with them now, they are never punctual on their appointments and the time that I got 15 minutes late to mine the female doctor was so rude and received me with an attitude, at the end the secretary told me that i was too late and that i needed to reschedule, that made me very upset and honestly after all the bad service this “Dr” provides they have the nerve to be like that, this place is no worth it. Same my mom and my mother in law got their dentures done here, don't even do it please stay away they do horrible work they started with my mom since mid February we are in mid May and they are not good and the so called dentists Ashini in a rude way told her that she only would re- do one piece instead of check both pieces and walked away from my mom and never came back , that talks about how professional this people are, and to finish her awful appointment even the woman on the front desk was disrespectful with her. For my mother in law took almost longer to get her dentures right and its a horrible job , So bottom line if i could give a -5 i would do it. If you want professional attention and good jobs this is definitely not the best place to go. Would you really say that this is a good quality job??? This dentures are so horrible they are not even, they have no shape. STAY AWAY OF THIS PLACE!!!!
