For numerous years, Dr. Valdez was my Mom's Doctor and now she is mine. Most of the staff are very good at their job. Like everywhere in SoCal, you may have to wait awhile for an appointment, but they really do try to accommodate!

Always so friendly and caring, actually sits down and listens to you. Love her.

Doctor Leticia Valadez, has been my primary doctor for several years. I am very pleased with her service. This weeks visit was excellent , I was admitted in quickly and she explained all recent exams and blood tests carefully so I would understand. I truly felt she was interested in my well being and health. It is very comforting to know my doctor wants the best possible care for her patients.

Dr. Valadez has been my physician for several years; she is always friendly, good listener and most professional. I have total confidence and respect in her ability in resolving medical issues/problems. Thank you Dr. Valadez!

Dr Valadez is wonderful. She's very proactive with her patients and spends time going over every aspect of your care. I never feel rushed or my concerns ignored. I'm very confident in the care she provides.

Dr valedez doesn’t care about her patients. She doesn’t pay attention to her own paperwork. I had to call several times after my appointment with her and finally I had to talk to her supervisor to get Disability papers filed. Then she put the wrong date. Then when asked to fix she put the wrong date again. Which caused me to show overpaid. During Covid she left me waiting 30 min in zoom land but i was 10 min late to my appt for a foot injury and she would not see me. Absolutely unacceptable and horrible service.

I have seen Dr. Valdez 2 times. Both times, she seemed to be a good doctor which is why it is difficult to make the decision to not go back. BUT appointment scheduling is a head ache. This is an issue that is concerning me and per my insurance need her referral for an ultrasound for a lump. She won't give me the referral until she sees me but My appointment was changed TWO times already. First time was in September, I showed up only to be told that I was a no show since my appointment was at 10. I already had a bloodwork appointment that morning and would NOT have scheduled it at the same time. I thought it was perfect since I had already arranged my baby sitting for that day and could get two appointments without having to arrange for my husband to stay home with our kids on another day. The office/ their system sent my husband the confirmation text, which could have alerted me to the issue had they sent the text to the patient and not my emergency contact. I was understanding of the mix up decided to just reschedule, there was nothing I could do with situation so I rescheduled for their next appointment 10/1. I show up and my appointment was changed AGAIN! This has NEVER happened with other offices, past doctors of mine or my children's drs. so to have it happen TWICE with back to back appointments is not a good sign for a fairly new patient. Patients arrange baby sitting and it is not always easy to put myself first and try to get care for myself so to have my appointment changed again is just so unprofessional and a disappointment since Dr. Valadez does seem like a good dr. Beware with scheduling issues.

My appointment time was changed TWO times. I had an appointment 9/17 at 10:50. When I got there, I was told they had put me down as a no show since my appointment was at 10 in their system. There is no way I made the appointment at that time as I already had a bloodwork appointment for 10 that morning and thought it would be perfect for my babysitting to have both appointments on the same day. After thinking about it, their system sent my husband the confirmation text. He was my emergency contact so I am not sure why they send confirmations to emergency contacts and not the patient. I was understanding and made an appointment for today 10/1. Only to get there and be told that my appointment was again changed! I got there for my 10:30 apt. and they changed it to 9:40! this time no confirmation text. This is a pressing issue for me that keeps getting pushed back not to mention the fact that patients have to arrange schedules to see the dr.
