I made an appointment and waited for a month, when I got up early and arrived in time, the front desk lady ( short hair Asian) told me my insurance plan is not acceptable at this clinic, I need call another branch clinic and reschedule to see doctor, I promise I told them my insurance plan as a new patient when I made appointment. The best part was the rude front lady feel no sorry about it. Great service!

THIS PLACE IS TERRIBLE. I called asking for my prescription to be refilled 2 WEEKS AGO AND STILL NOTHING. I understand how busy doctors are but the front office lady told me TWICE already that the doctor was GUARANTEED to call me by the end of the day. Since the doctor didn't ever call me back I called the front office at around 5:00 PM which is still 30 minutes before they are supposed to close, AND THEY HAD ALREADY CLOSED?! Don't say that your hours are until 5:30 if you actually close at 5? It makes no sense! You're a DOCTOR FOR CHRISTS SAKE!! DO YOU REALLY THINK THAT SICK PEOPLE CAN AFFORD TO WAIT 2 WEEKS TO GET THEIR PRESCRIPTIONS? I never leave bad reviews but having a reliable doctor is so important AND THESE DOCTORS ARE NOT. DO NOT COME HERE.

The stuff is terrible, she can’t remember where my paper at, and told me the doctor didn’t give me the referral, and I have to make another same appointment and second time I got there, she couldn’t remember again, and tried to tell me the doctor didn’t give me again. I won’t choose this clinic any more.

Dr. Rainbow Ou takes good care of my two kids, Friendly and patiently! Definitely recommended!

Made an appointment with doctor in the morning, when I get there, the front desk said doctor forgot he has this appointment, he will not come today.

Been going here for a minute. They're good doctors and the only clinical office I've been in that will run and hold capacity without electricity. They pass all the mandates hospitals don't. The front office girls N and X are pretty cool and down to business.

!! WARNING - DOCTORS GIVE OUT WRONG PRESCRIPTIONS. DO NOT TRUST THEM.Incompetent. I have never had any trouble at all getting a REFILL for my prescription before until I had to change my PCP when I moved to this area. Their staff is incompetent. My pharmacy showed me proof that they faxed them well before and in the end, after waiting for over an hour to pickup my refill, I got the WRONG medication. I couldn't call them to fix this because they were closed when I received the medication and now I have to wait until Monday because they are closed for the weekend. It is a shame that this place has not been shut down. Can't believe they could so carelessly give out the wrong medication. How stupid are they?

Dr. Rainbow Chung Ou is highly knowledgeable. She is patient and amazingly compassionate.

Dr.Rainbow is great, she's very patient and caring. But unfortunately the 2 star rating is due to their horribly rude and unfriendly staff, specifically the front desk. Every time I call, they are very short and try to rush you off the phone, very unfriendly (it's like they hate their jobs). My husband also dealt with them and said the same thing. This office is also very old-school, not paperless. They have you pick up referrals in person and take it to the specialist?! I mean really?! They can't fax it or email it to the them?! Even though the Dr. is great, I still won't be coming back.

The Front office staff is HORRIBLE! If I didn't like the doctors I would leave in a heartbeat. The woman in charge of referrals gave me a referral for an X-ray that when I got to the imaging place, I was told the referral was incorrect and not covered under my insurance. I had to pay out of pocket for the X-ray. Then an MRI had to be done. When I called to get my results, I was told Dr. Rainbow wasn't in the office and she would call me tomorrow. I didn't get a call, so I waited until 2 pm the following day to call and was told Dr. Rainbow was busy and would she'd call me back. At 4:30 pm, when I still hadn't gotten a call, I called and the staff who answered was rude. Granted, I know she has no control over the doctor calling me or not, but she said, "She's busy and will call you tomorrow." When I mentioned that's what I was told the day before, she responded, "Like I said, Dr. Rainbow is very busy." Total attitude and no positive customer service whatsoever. RUDE.
