Great experience! Dental office is super clean, staff is great! Dr. And nurses are very knowledgeable! I am terrified of going to dentist for some reason but had such a great outcome... felt like I was in and out. Dr. Cares for his patients as well which made me feel even better about my visit! I got all 4 wisdom teeth extracted today under sedation and have no complaints.
First time at this dental group and my experience was so good! Loved the friendly dental assistants and the dentist, Dr.K made having to get 2 crowns remarkably pleasant. I didn't have to wait long in the waiting room to see the Dr, either, which was nice.
Best dentist I have ever been to!! The staff is extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. The office is very nice and clean 10 out of 10 all around.
They were very professional and courteous. I had a root canal done and the dentist did a fantastic job. No pain at all.
This is the best overall dental office I've come across since childhood. The entire staff is professional, competent and most of all friendly. You feel like you're the only patient they have. Because of MK Dental I will never put off my check ups or work to be done. They are honest and truly care about your dental health. Thank you ALL MK Dental. You've restored my faith in dentistry.
I found this dentist after I had a really bad experience at archibald Dental. I was in pain when they numb me, and I would tell them I could still fill the pain they argued with me saying it's impossible. So I could feel all the work being done. And messed up my tooth. So I looked around and was recomened here. They are all so friendly. Take the time to really hear u and ur needs. Dr could see i was nerves about my last time being bad she mad me feel so comfortable and then numbed me and I told her I still feel numbed again and I told her I can still feel she then tried somthing and I was numb to find out I have cross nerves so no matter how much you give me I still would feel cause they were numbing the wrong way. I didn't feel the thing, and she fixed what the last messed up. And I continue to come to her. So friendly and welcoming. Recommend her to anyone of any age. Wish I could give the a 10.!!!
office experience was terrible, ive been forgotten in the front office appointment was at 11:30 didn't get into the chair until 12:38 and didn't get seen by the doctor until 12:55. i was lied to they said that i had an appointment but the appointment was never put into the computer their receptionist are very rude they talk about patients while other patients are in the waiting room. the doctors are very rude and unprofessional. i got my wisdom teeth out and they cut off the anesthesia before they finished and i felt the doctors stitching me up. they are also money hungry and will try to push you to get a bone graph and if you don't get they will blame you not getting it on any problem you have. I don't recommend this place i would have preferred to just kept my wisdom teeth.
This is an update. I did everything Dr. Kafaei advised and arrived 5 minutes early. YIKES, I went in for treatment at exactly the time scheduled and met Lana! I had words with her to get a feel of what she was like, hoping she was as gentle as Dr. Kafaei. Thankfully, I had a good feeling about this whole ordeal... I have to admit I had a cocktail prior to my appointment to help with the anxiety (in addition to Xanax admin) and was waiting for all of it to 'kick-in." I additionally, brought in an old-school ghetto-blaster/boom-box with headphones to wear and a heavy metal soundtrack to drown out the prospective vibrations going through my skull. REASON FOR THE OLD-SCHOOL GEAR: iphone or ipad signals aren't strong enough to power these 80 ohm headphones. In 45 minutes (one album) it was all done. I will not hesitate to say that I'd do it all over again....That is, when Dr. Kafaei says I need it again. Good show, Lana! I'm living proof that you are truly gifted in what you do...
The reception was great processional and very helpful.
First-off, let it be known that I’m a dental-phobe. As an adolescent , I discovered my pedodontist was a retired WWII torture specialist and now I know why the toy drawer was so huge: to comfort me and all those crying children! Anyhow, 3 dentists and many decades later, I find myself in a most inviting front office, with a most inviting front office lady by the name of Nina. In short order, I’m greeted by Vanessa, who performs the X-ray duties. She’s friendly, has open ears and listens to my dental story as we both begin to sense a hint of dental-anxiety creeping into the conversation. Vanessa finishes her duties and within minutes, I’m greeted by an attractive lady, Dr. Kafaei who happens to be the proprietor. She asks me to open my mouth and as she begins poking and prodding, I’m amazed at how gentle her touch is. Perhaps, it’s a chick thing as I’ve only experienced male dentists all my life. But, whatever it is (or was), I somehow felt I was in good hands, or perhaps, good hands were in me. Anyhow, after the gentle prodding session, she sensed that I was intellectually curious and took the time to thoroughly explain what was going on in there, biologically, physiologically and otherwise. Most importantly, she told me what the game-plan was and realizing my extreme dental-phobia, she additionally gave me instructions to mentally prepare for the event, and advised a prescription for a high-dose animal tranquilizer in advance (just kidding). I left the office with a feeling that I’d be able to face that inevitable day, with a confidence that I had never before experienced in all my years. So far, so good. I will return here to let everyone know how it goes…

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
