I was brought in for a left ankle fracture. From the moment I walked in, Misty and Mel at the front desk made checking in a breeze. My nurse, Heather, was incredibly attentive and caring. I saw Dr. Chen, and he was fantastic—so supportive and had wonderful bedside manner. The entire team was caring. Dr. Chen, Mel, Misty, Heather, Amy Sun and Crystal R and Lexus the supervisor. I cannot believe how clean and beautiful this urgent care is. I came from Kaiser, where you have to wait 5 to 10 hours to be seen at their urgent care. I was the only person there today! I was well taken care of!!

Received great care at the Providence St. Jude Heritage Urgent Care in Chino Hills. Was seen right away and quickly referred for an x-ray which is within the same building. I have been to this urgent care several times with family members and they always provide great care, and have never had to wait hours to be seen!
