The office does a horrible job of getting back to you. Was assigned to them by my insurance company (HMO) as my general dentist. It is like pulling teeth (pun intended) to get ahold of them, and when you finally do, they seem to only worry about billing the insurance, not the patient care.

I have been going here for many years! The service here never disappoints! I've been coming here ever since I was a little kid and Dr. Miranda and his staff have always been so friendly and kind every dental visit. If you're looking for dental office, this is the place to be!

I just selected the dental office and made appointments for my self and my two kids. First it took forever to get a call back to even make the appointments then when I went to the appointment it was the only business along the strip mall that did not have its name on the building. Once inside there was no one at the front desk only a bell and a sign-in sheet. I signed in waited a few minutes could hear people talking in the back but no one came to the front so I had my young son go up and ring the bell another 5 minutes passed nobody came up. Rang the bell again now 15 minutes past my appointment time and still no response so I just left terrible customer service and terrible first impression for a new plan.

I highly recommend Dr Miranda. He has been my dentist for over 15 years, and I can’t imagine going to anyone else! He is a genuine, patient, and caring person. He takes his time with each patient and is willing to listen to concerns and explain all procedures. He is also very friendly and kind, and it is clear that he cares deeply about his patients. I also respect how he continues to research new advances in dentistry to better care for his patients. I always leave his office with clean teeth and an uplifted feeling.
