Dr. Liu is an awesome , caring and cool pediatrician. He is very good with kids of all ages. He takes time to hear a parents concern and answer all questions, I would recommend him to all my family and friends.

Dr. Liu is amazing as well as the receptionist and nurses. Dr.Liu is the first doctor for kids that I trust and think is really great. When my few days old daughter was jaundiced, he was so helpful and explained everything so well. When my son was a newborn and was jaundiced at Kaiser, it was a horrible experience, but Dr.Liu is just so great. She's now five months and she and my 5 year old son go to him. He's so great with my son. I think what I love most is how kind and how well he explains everything.

Excellent during covid-19. They called me a day before our appointment for our baby's physical. If they didn't call me , we would've missed the appointment. Sounds like Dr.Liu listened , our wait time hasn't been as long and we have been happy with Dr. Liu's services.

We have been seeing Dr. Liu for 7 years. He's great , my complaint is about the long wait. We have a newborn and we waited an hour past our appointment time until we were seen by Dr. Liu. Everyone knows how a newborn needs to eat every couple hours so we tried to schedule his feeding before the appointment , made it to our appointment on time and we are still waiting. It's a bit inconsiderate to have a patient wait so very long beyond their appointment time. Please stop over scheduling or make an effort to manage your time with each patient. It really is an issue when you are expected to be on time for your appointment but you still have to wait over an hour to be seen. It's just not right. Maybe have each patient write down their questions while they wait so each appointment doesn't go over. Everyone's time is valuable.

Dr. Liu is awesome. We started going to him when our son was about 6 months old, and now our new daughter is one of his patients as well. We never feel rushed in his office, we really appreciate how thorough he is in his exams and explanations, and our son thinks he's awesome too. There's sometimes a long wait, but we've started making our appointments for first thing in the morning and that's alleviated all of the extra waiting. Really happy we found him!

I absolutely love Dr Liu's office. Everyone is very friendly and easy going. Dr Liu is really nice and I appreciate that they have a 24 hr line where you can contact the doctor if you have any concerns. My experience has been really great and I would recommend it.

Dr. Liu is just amazing with kids. very patient and always answers all kind of questions. He's just one of the very few good doctors out there. The staffs are very friendly. They don't make you wait too long. our visits are always pleasant except my kid is very scared of shots.

We have Dr. Liu as my little ones PCP. Dr. Liu and the staff have been very organized and helpful in seeing my child as my little one has been going through seizure treatment through UCLA. Dr. Liu has kept in constant communication with my child's Neuro docs and is always up to date on everything my child needs. We are very thankful to have this physician and staff for our children. Be punctual with your appointments and the service you get is fantastic.

There is a problem when you have to beg your doctor to treat your child/children. Either we are turned away stating it will clear up on its own or we are finally referred out which also takes a long time in order to receive treatment. I understand being cautious and thorough, but at some point it becomes neglectful. Because of the constant refusal i am afraid to make an appointment with this doctor as it is pointless and I am now having to take my children to the emergency room. What is the point of having a pediatrician if he doesn't do anything to treat your child?

Dr Liu is a very good doctor but the staff or the clinic is just unbearable. It is almost impossible to get an appointment if you child is sick and the staff on the phone will tell you unless the fever has been going on for four days, you don't get to see doctor. Another time my wife called and they said no appointment and referred us to urgent care in Rancho Cucamonga. If this doctor is only good for routine visits with appointments a month ahead, then you better pray that your child don't get sick if you want to use this pediatrician. I hate to lose Dr Liu but it's just ridiculous. It's like trying to schedule surgery with months of waiting list. Thanks to their referral of Little Stars Pediatric, I may switch my kids from here.
