My 3-year-old had a fever. Accelerated Urgent Care had no long wait time. My kid had RSV, Covid and Flu tests. It turned out my kid got RSV. Dr Park is one of the best dr we have ever seen.

I went to accelerated urgent care yesterday and saw Dr. Park, and honestly I am beyond grateful and impressed by his care. He was so patient, attentive, nice and extremely thorough. The great thing is he explains everything, his thought process, his plans for you and why he’s choosing that plan for you, he even asks if you’re in agreement with his plan, I swear no doctors have that bedside manner anymore! He is a GEM of a doctor, one of the good ones! I even told him I was needle phobic and he said it was ok, it was my choice, and prescribed me something instead. Overall amazing, I have gone here once before, and I still stand by what I said previously, I live 30 miles away, but I will always make the drive out to this urgent care because the care I’ve received so far is s A+. I’d also like to mention that the front desk ladies, the back office medical assistants are also very professional, and caring! Everyone in the office is exceptional! Thank you again for taking good care of me!

Accelerated Urgent Care was beyond professional to help me with my emergency. I was suffering from a very bad asthma flair up. Upon arrival I was wheezing and couldn’t catch my breath. The front desk receptionist could tell from my facial expressions I was in need of help. She asked me if I’m able to get my CDL and medical insurance card or if it was to difficult to do now, she could get my info later. I nodded yes and handed her my info. Before I could put my wallet back in my pants pocket she ushered me to the back and set me up in a patience room. Without telling you the rest of my story just know I was taken care of extremely well. I will without a doubt be choosing this urgent care the next time I need any type of emergency help!

I came to this urgent care yesterday and I left very pleased and thankful that I found this urgent care! I have worked in healthcare for over 6 years, and I have seen and worked with an array of good and horrible practices. This practice is a good one! The front desk staff was super nice, i was greeted upon arrival with a smile from the two front desk ladies, which immediately made me feel comfortable (this is obsolete in a lot of practices, they don’t even bother saying hello anymore) and the waiting area was super clean and updated(huge plus). I was taken into the back and the medical assistants were also very kind and professional and explained everything to me. I was seen by the nurse practitioner Krystal and she was very thorough, and also very nice, she did not rush me and was very patient with all my questions! she ordered the appropriate tests for me and that put my mind at ease that she really knew what she was doing and i felt i was in good hands! The entire process took under 45 min from start to finish which is very great. I even forgot to ask for a work note after i left, but i called back and spoke with alondra and she took care of it for me immediately! Which was very nice of her!! I was very impressed! I live 30 miles away in Rialto but I WILL be driving all the way back to this location if I need urgent care services, they DO care here so that’s worth the drive! Thanks again accelerated urgent care, keep up the good work!!

From the moment I walked in I was impressed! The office is clean and the staff was very proficient, welcoming and professional! The nurses and PA Joseph were all amazing. I was there no longer than 30 minutes from the point of check in to the check out process . Highly highly recommend!

Fantastic! Dr Jonathan Park was great, I wish he was my doctor full-time. And the whole reception team and nurses were also extremely kind and helpful!
