I keep coming back to this urgent care because they truly are the best! So close to home and one of the only in the area that allows you to book an urgent care appointment online 🙌 Each Physician we have been seen by has been tremendously professional, knowledgeable and thorough! They all really do go above and beyond, even the front desk staff are so kind and helpful! Jay, Jordan, Matthew & Monica are the BEST 😎

What a refreshing experience! Check in a flash, use your phone scan a qr code, no long lines or paperwork. The staff is genuine about your individualized care. Lisa is a rare gem I have never experienced such concern from a doctor. Lisa has gone over and beyond on my visit last night. She took her time durning my visit and I didn't feel rushed or overlooked. Lisa even went out of her way to check on me the following day today! This is woman is amazing, she deserves a raise. I’m so grateful for her and the nurse who checked me in he is the greatest, so helpful and kind! Thank you so much AFC Team I’m so glad to know I have a safe place to go when I am in need! Thank you, Lisa, Jay and for following up with me with after care your team is best from reception to cessation. Please keep up the excellent values you provide.

Harjot and Jordan were amazing. They were both so kind, and the service was super quick, with little to no wait time. My provider Matthew was also very patient and understanding when explaining my diagnosis. I would definitely go again, as they all took their time to ensure cleanliness, kindness, and an overall good experience

Got my blood drawn from my finger and from my arm to check my sugar levels and they claim the laboratory made a mistake, when they drew my blood the doctor told me they drew more than they needed, they also claim they're urgent care and not a primary provider, making it seem like they can't get my results anyway, then they proceed to tell me I can get my blood drawn again. Don't go here. They should have told me from the beginning they couldn't get my results for a test they performed, I would have gone somewhere else

Truly Exceptional Care! I cannot say enough wonderful things about American Family Care in Chino! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed, comfortable, and genuinely cared for. From the sweet young lady who took my vitals to the PA who treated me, everyone was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and compassionate. You can truly tell that this team cares about their patients and takes pride in what they do! What stood out to me the most was how kind and attentive everyone was. They made me feel heard, took the time to address my concerns, and treated me with genuine care and respect. That kind of patient experience makes such a difference, especially when you’re not feeling your best. It’s not every day you come across an urgent care where the entire experience leaves such a positive impression. Thank you to the amazing team at American Family Care in Chino for going above and beyond! I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for quality medical care delivered with kindness and compassion.

Nobody knows what was going on. Half of the staff seems clueless. its like they dont even know how to run a clinic. More like teen drama then a professional workplace
