He ia a great Doctor. He listens and do his best to assist as much as possible.

No respect for peoples time. They won't warn you in advance if they are running behind. They just let you sit there and wait for even over an hour after your appointment. Obviously the doctor thinks he's way more important than his patients. Doctors should treat patients the way they would want to be treated. This was does the opposite.  Not good.

Worse service ever! The average wait time for every appointment is at least 1hour. One time I have to wait 2+ hours just to have a test result review. Don't recommend coming if you have a choice.

By far the the worse service ever, Dr. Ali is great but the office staff is horrible. They do not help you or even try, they want you to pay out of pocket without even running your insurance information. Being a cardiologist they need to change careers, this place in itself will give you a heart attack. Billing department is horrible, they denied my daughters service they wanted us to pay first even though we had insurance or they could not help us. They would not even try running the insurance. They have never heard of having a primary insurance and secondary. HORRIBLE SERVICE!

Did not take me seriously, told me I just have anxiety when I'm seeing a therapist and psychiatrist and they both don't belive that it's anxiety related, told me "Drink more water." That's all I do cuz it's the only thing that seems to help. (Obviously something is going on) over all if you are young and "don't look sick" I would not trust this doctor run really far away and go somewhere elseI feel like I should also say something about the wait time its stupid long I've waited over and hour for my appointment so if you expect to do anything else that day....well you can throw those plans right out the window.

So sketchy. Like all the other reviews, waited 2 hrs to get in. The place looked like it needed to be torn down. Walls were all marked up with holes from past pictures or mounted equipment. Can't you even paint the walls so that they look somewhat sanitary?? I was afraid of catching something in there. The doctor visit was going to be via iPad from his desk. I'm guessing he is even afraid to go into his own exam rooms. What's the point of going to the clinic in the first  place? Could we have done it from home and saved me the 3 hours? Reminded me of a flashback to a clinic in TJ, Mexico. Pay too much in insurance every month. I deserve a cleaner and somewhat more professional experience. FYI, All the office staff were in reg cloths, no scrubs. Isn't that a prerequisite??

Had 5 tests done. Never heard a word on them. Didn't feel I needed all of them but was told he will only discuss them when all are done. Not a word from them.

This review is primarily for the wait time as I'm currently sitting in the lobby, waiting for my wife to be seen for a 1PM appointment (it is now 2:20PM). I cannot comment on how the doctor is as a care provider just yet, but maybe if he comes to see us before 3PM I can update this review. Otherwise, a 2 hour long wait (hell, even a 1.5 hour wait) is much too long in this day and age and I'm seriously contemplating on walking out and going with another care provider at this time.Edit: we are out $40 for the copay, so it's definitely a lose/lose situation.

This is distasteful patient care. I don't blame the staff at all but I definitely blame the doctor for their business model. What good is a doctor and their practice when they don't even respect you and your time.  There's no point of having an appointment if they don't honor it. I waited TWO HOURS before I was seen by the doctor. Doctor may be capable of practicing medicine but at this point I might as well go to the ER/urgent care and get faster service there. And we all know how bad the wait is at those places. I don't want to go to the doctors but I want to be healthy. Y'all make this really hard to do.
