List of Bella Sol Med Spa's Reviews
Bella Sol in Chino Hills is so unbelievably wonderful and so are all the ladies that work there. Everyone is so sweet and very informative about all the spa treatments and products. I’ve been going there for over a year and I just keep coming back.
The ladies at Bella sol med spa have made me feel the most beautiful!! Thank you💜
I have been receiving treatment from Nina and her team for over a year. However, I am very happy with the results of my most recent treatments. Although I was apprehensive to try some of her recommendations, she said trust and listen to me. Well, I did and she was correct. Thank you Nina for you soft approach and patience . The staff is professional and always willing to accommodate. I am looking forward to continuing my treatment to achieve maximum results. You all are the best! I rate the service 5 stars.
The place is so beautiful and they provide great service! the staff was also very friendly and accommodating.
I went to the Ontario location, it was beautiful and new, it had just recently opened, My initial injector was very nice and I did tell her of a previous experience of one eyebrow raising with the Botox. I know it's an easy fix and she did say if it happened to come back and have it fixed. In the past it took 1 unit to fix but when I went back there to have it corrected when going to pay, I was told it was 5 units, when I questioned it, the lady at the front went to the back and then came and said it was actually 3 units.I was charged $45 for 3 units. The injector that corrected it said next time they won't put the Botox in a specific spot which causes the eyebrow to raise. Interesting that even though I told the first injector about that eyebrow raising, she didn't know how to avoid it. So I paid the $45, even though I have never paid $15 a unit for Botox, not even at my plastic surgeon's office. The injector that fixed it tried to upsell me with a bunch of other services including a $1500 service. Needless to say I will not be returning.
I purchased a Groupon voucher for 100 units of dysport and redeemed it one week ago for treatment in my forehead and between my brows. Nina did the injections and specifically confirmed this was plenty of units and that I would have at most one line in my forehead due to placement of the injections. It's been 7 days and I still have absolutely no improvement (see photo). I've been getting dysport for 10 years and have never once had this experience. If you get dysport you know that 50 units for forehead lines should work within 3-4 days and that it's more than enough units. So what exactly was injected in my face? Definitely not 100 units of dysport. I feel like I threw my hard earned money in the trash. When I reached out to their office I was told I'd have to pay for a dose adjustment. Why would I give them more money when I've already purchased more than enough units and gotten 0 results.
I had the Kerra factor hair treatment and had excellent results. I am very happy with my services, Stephanie was amazing. She's very good at explaining, she's very personable. I will be purchasing more treatments. Staff is very friendly and welcoming.
I had Stephanie for my appointment today and she was great! She was professional, knowledgable, and very thorough during my appt. Would definitely recommend her to family and friends!
Hair removal and botox's whack. Wasted so much money for no results.
Unprofessional.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
