This review is only for bad experience I got from front desk agent not for doctor here.I made appointment but never got confirmation msg email. In the morning I made a call to confirm appointment time and front desk told me 1030 AM. I came to the office and wait until 1030 AM. Then front desk lady told me my appointment should be 2 PM. She refused to make new appointment for me nor cancel 2 PM appointment. She said no one told me the appointment was 1030 AM. I am assuming she is the agent on phone.Horrible experience due to unprofessional front desk. Hospital office really need smart agent to handle appointment.

Dr. Rainbow Ou is an amazing Doctor I have never had a doctor like her that remembers everything I tell her without having to write it down. I will definitely keep coming here. The staff is great very kind and helpful. They are great all around. Couldnt ask for anyone better.
