List of Chino Valley Medical Center's Reviews
HORRIBLE, UNPROFESSIONAL, WAST OF TIME!! Would be better off at an animal hospital. First, the food is ALWAYS cold, and that's if they even give you food and don't forget about you. Staff never knows what's going on the doctors ask's me the patient when I'm going home. When they come and take blood they don't care if they hurt you, sometimes it feels like they just want to hurt you on purpose. One nurse hurt me so bad and added alcohol so it could hurt me more. I was about to go home and out of nowhere I got a blood clot in the area where they pricked me. I was there for one week and was home for two days and had to go back because the catheter they put in me got infected, another week. The doctor pulled out my catheter like nothing (it was on my upper chest by my neck) waiting for the infection to be gone get a new catheter in and then got a blood clot. The staff in the front are high school drop outs, they have the easiest job and always have the worst attitude. Out of the two weeks I was there I only got to have visitors a total of FOUR TIMES.
Had no choice but to come here being it was the closest one opened. Very disappointed. Not clean, trash on the floor, computer screen very dirty (like it's never been wiped down) and urine from another patient was sitting on the sink. Very disgusting.
Safe yourself from this mad house! These personal is useless and only not hurt my arms but my "belief in good medical stuff" too!
This place should not have an ER. It is absolutely too small for the volume that they have. The rooms seem cobbled together with cheap Home Depot parts that is assuming you get a room and don't have to wait in the hallway for several hours. I will say that for the most part the intake staff and most of the nurses I interacted with were courteous and professional. That being said one nurse was horrendously rude. Ended up leaving and seeking treatment elsewhere.
Avoid - Unprofessional, Unethical, Unhealthy, Uncaring
I'm going to keep this short but I can really go on and on about the way you get treated at chino valley medical center. First and foremost majority of nursing staff is lazy and don't tend to patients needs, don't check in when they are supposed to I pressed the call button and it took them 30 minutes to check on me and then I even yelled for the nurse because my iv was burning came in taking their sweet time. As for the doctors they treat you like they are better than. Very unprofessional with no communication skills specially the infection and disease doctor is the worse. The food is always cold. I'll say this much if you truly care about someone don't take them there it was truly a bad experience for ME. Please excuse me I was all over the place texting all this but it needs to be told.
I was brought in Saturday April 2 end experiencing pain from never before. During my care here I have received the best service from ER, admittance, RN/LVN, CNA and the Charge Nurse. The Dr. Assigned to me Dr. Velasquez is an excellent Dr. From the care I received. RN Lisa, Donna, JunnaBee, DAVID , Ching, thank you and your team for the care and support, details of my health and recovery plan and that step by step I will heal thanks to you all and Chino Valley. All my Best DB
Nurses are rude and unprofessional. They are horrible on giving information. My grandma was admitted here and nurses are rude and not patient. We were told by head nurse if we didn't like it we can go to a different hospital! How is that professional??? We we're getting no type of information on how she was doing we would call for updates but seemed like no one knows anything. This place is horrible.

Horrible staff. All the nurses were rude. This one nurse in particular is so unprofessional his name is Luis, so rude and unprofessional with patients and has a horrible attitude. As a nurse you're supposed to give peace of mind to your patients, well he didn't he aggravated me and argued with me for 10 mins straight over some misunderstanding. Not my fault if he gets offended easily. He's a Hispanic/Latino guy so I don't know if he was raised to take everything personal when all I did was ask questions for reassurance. And he didn't like that I asked questions. Same with another nurse. All the nurses were a**holes. Luis especially. He has a bunch of tattoos too so I don't feel safe around him to be honest. I can't take people like that seriously. Now I understand why back then they didn't hire you if you had tattoos.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
