List of Cityview Dental Care's Reviews
Be careful with opening up any type of credit for dental work, specifically with this dental practice. This office will bill the dental credit plan for services that have not been completed yet, leaving the patient responsible for payments for said creditor without having any dental work even completed. Now roughly 3 months later, still waiting on a resolution from the office. Will remove this post once the issue has been 100% resolved.
I recently visited and, unfortunately, had a very disappointing experience with the front desk staff. The receptionist, Esilla, was extremely rude, unkind, and worked at a very slow pace. When I asked for the doctor's recommendation, she made me wait outside for 40 minutes, wasting my time. When I politely inquired about how much longer it would take, her response was dismissive and unprofessional. She simply said, "I am the only one working, so I don’t know and I don’t care." This level of service is unacceptable, especially in a healthcare setting where patients expect courtesy and efficiency. I hope the office management addresses this behavior to ensure a better experience for other patients in the future.
I had a very disappointing experience at this dentist office. Despite treatment for a cavity, I’m still in pain, with added discomfort in my gums and an off bite that hasn’t been fixed. The lack of effective treatment is concerning, especially since they continue to call me for payment on work that wasn’t done properly. It feels like they’re more interested in collecting money than providing quality care.
I am absolutely appalled by the level of incompetence and dishonesty at Cityview Dental. I paid $830 for dental work last year, thinking that everything was settled. Months later, I received an email claiming I still owed the payment. I immediately provided proof of payment, showing the charge on my credit card statement, but they had the audacity to tell me they didn't receive it, despite the billing info clearly matching their details. What kind of business operates like this? To make matters worse, they ignored my proof and sent my account to a collections agency, tarnishing my credit and causing me endless stress. Their billing department is either grossly incompetent or intentionally deceptive. Either way, it's unacceptable! Save yourself the headache and avoid this place at all costs. They clearly don't value their patients or their integrity. If you value your peace of mind and your credit score, look elsewhere for dental care!.
They told me I had 8 cavities, I got a second opinion elsewhere and got the work done for the 1 and ONLY cavity I had.
They are frauds. The dentists don’t really care about their patients. They are impatient and rude.
I went to the clinic to have my toothache looked at. I was overwhelmed by all kinds of machine and equipment. They found problems that might occur in the next 15 years and quoted me an unbelievable price. As for my aching tooth? It wasn't treated at all. I ended up leaving the office with the same aching tooth as nothing had happened. What a joke.
Cityview Dental Care are completely incompetent and ripped me off. 3 dental implants failed, 1 wasn't placed right. I spent over 13,000 dollars and absolutely nothing was successful. They also refused to return a credit of $2,553 back to me. They are fraudsters and thieves. Do not use Cityview Dental in Chino.
Two thumbs down! This place is a rip off and waste of time I've been here twice and both times I left with out getting work done because there prices were way high and they don't use material my insurance covers so there not very accomidating and it was a total was of 2-3 hours each time 👎👎
I received a call from their office last week to move my appointment up an hour. When I arrived for my appointment, I waited at the front desk for 20 minutes before someone came to check me in. After another 20 minutes of waiting past my appointment time, I went up to the desk to ask how much longer until I would be seen since they called me to bump my appointment up, and she told me they still showed me for my original time in their system. So they ended up taking me back half an hour after my appointment time to do xrays. The doctor comes in and tells me she can see where I've had two fillings done, and I proceed to tell her I've never had a cavity therefore couldn't have fillings, and after several minutes of going back and forth with me she tells me she's not going to argue with me and she can see them on the xray. I told them I'm just going to go, and they told me they were going to go ahead and dismiss me. If I had thought of it at the time, I would've told them to reference the xrays I had done last time I was there where the doctor told me I had great teeth and no cavities. Definitely wouldn't trust them to be honest about work needed if they're willing to lie to me about the current state of my teeth. Incompetent front desk staff. Incompetent doctor.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
