Cynthia Moreno's Online Review Report Card

I’ve been a patient with this office for two years and have never even seen Dr. Moreno. Everyone says how thorough and caring she is but I have not experienced that level of care at her office. I had a minor heart attack and they are giving me a hard time about an off work order. Smh. I can’t even attend my appointments without being off work. This is a recipe for death

I would not go anywhere other than Chino Hills Family Medical Group. The doctors care about the whole patient and go way and beyond what I have ever experienced with any medical office.

I cannot commend the doctors and staff of this doctors office enough. They have all gone above and beyond any medical facility Ive ever been to. We first started seeing the doctors at Chino Hills Family Medical Group when my little boy had suffered for the first 4 years of his life with a chronic cough and no other doctors could figure out how to treat it. Id had my final straw when we were told that it was psychosomatic and he must be making it up because they figure it out. The chronic cough was gone within 2 weeks once Dr. Moreno treated it aggressively as a lingering viral infection in his lungs. We recently lost my father due to pneumonia brought on by COVID. The outreach and compassion for our devastating loss shown by Dr. Moreno and her staff has been incredibly meaningful and will never be forgotten I know we are in good hands and the doctors and staff really care about you as a person not just another patient.

Dr. Moreno and her staff are courteous knowledgeable professional and most importantly... They CARE. You’d be a fool to not see her if it’s a possibility.

I came originally to this office with complaint of fatigue. The PA I saw automatically diagnosed me with depression. My life is not perfect but I refuse to just me medicated and diagnosed with depression when I have other symptoms like heavy and extremely painful menstrual cycles back pain right hip pain bone pain and severe acne on top of the said fatigue. After some labs my ANA test was positive for autoimmune disease one being Sjrogrens disease and high calcium. On my follow up I saw a different PA that didn’t even know what Sjrogrens disease was and googled it and read it off google for me. In regards to my calcium I was told to repeat it. Sent me home w Ibuprofen to help in the meantime. Followed up for the 3rd time and I’m told that ANA test can be falsely positive? That there is nothing wrong with me despite my labs and symptoms. Offered antidepressants again. I brought up my painful menstrual again since it seems like the original topic was forgotten about and was ordered more labs plus an ultrasound. My results came back with still high calcium and excessive testosterone perhaps explains my mood swings and acne? Now off to see a gynecologist but still have no answers to the rest of my symptoms and complaints. It’s hard to come here every time and see a different face. Perhaps that’s the problem of having ONE Doctor that you can never see but instead see a different PA only because they’re the first available.

Simply a mess of a medical practice and leaves a lot to be desired. I don’t know why they get so much praise but it is unwarranted—based on my months as a patient.It’s an office that doesn’t make you feel welcome. Very argumentative over being explanatory when asked a question. Takes weeks to months get an appointment even when you’re an established patient. Refuses walkins even though was told they would see any established patient anytime during business hours. Closed for two hours during each day but does not say so on their website nor informs you as a patient until you call and get the answering machine. PAs and doctor take over 10 business days to respond to a call or portal message a response time limit within their own policy. Everyone is too always too busy and they let you know about it. Additionally the “nurses” and front office staff leave a bitter taste for a “trusting medical office.” I would not recommend Chino Hills Family Medical for your medical needs.

I have a fear of doctors and needles but this staff and doctor make me feel safe and comfortable Great experiences every time.

Great facility very well managed and organized. The Doctor and PAs are very professional and are truly there to help you get better.
