Dr. Laid has been my primary care doctor since March 2020. I was able to make one appointment with him. I had a general physical. He didnt call and discussing the results of the checkup. His assistant called and ruled up in 3 minutes. I want to see him but his assistant only makes appoint for a telephone call though a is fully reopened. I cant speak for his expertise but I definitely dont feel he is interested in me as a patient. I wont recommend him to anyone.

Incompetent staff. Visited 3 times got very few things resolved. Everything is for next time.

The doctor seems knowledgable but never resolved anything and keeps saying lets wait for 2 more months for the last 6 months. Says prescription will arrive in an mail. Nothing arrives. Front staff totally incompetent They mix up appointments and blame patients for that. Avoid at all costs.

Wait time 20 minutes and saw the Dr himself who did not rush me and was very thorough. Im glad I came here today. The short wait may not always happen but I liked Dr. Lai which is the most important aspect for any patients

my new doctor. He was very thorough. He referred me to all the doctors I needed to be referred to. Very professional Office staff. They did take a little long. But it wasnt as bad as the other comments say. I was inandout in about an about 112 hour.I have no complaints thus far

I have been going to Dr. Lai for almost a year. This Dr. takes his time with you and makes sure he addresses all your concerns. I have had to wait a short while to see him but I understand because he must be giving his attention to prior patients like he does with me. I have never had problems with his staff Lee his nurse is very attentive and has also taken the time to call me and see how Im feeling. I highly recommend Dr. Lai

Dr. Lai is one of the best doctor here. He has a lot of knowledge spend enough time with patient answer questions you have and speak easy English slowly. Also his front ladies Ms. Li Liang and Ms. Sherry Sun are the best. always smile kind. you dont find these people other place. Highly recommended.
