Got a bill after getting vaccinated at this clinic. They asked me to pay for a visit to the office. How can I get vaccinated without visiting the office?! When I was in the office, I specifically specified that the insurance company should pay for the vaccinations. They said the vaccine was free and I didn't have to pay anything. And then I get a bill for a visit to the office! It's like a scam. Avoid that clinic.

received a bill this morning from this clinic. they charge us 480 for annual regular check. I checked with Insurance company once annually check is free. when I was in clinic they did not ask for payment. I called Molina, Molina said they should claim to an other organization instead of sent bill to patient. this is not professional way to deal with payment issue. it is between clinic and insurance company. you can not simply send bill to patient, I got headaches and high blood pressure when I see this bill. please don't hurt patients again.

No appointment needed. You always wait at least more than one hour. Even if you have appointment, you’re in line behind someone just walk-in.

I’m very dissatisfied with this Doctor and office staff. They referred me to a specialist that wouldn’t treat me for my injury, then they never called me back. After applying pressure myself they referred me to someone else that doesn’t exist at the clinic anymore. Super slow and not really caring that I’m having serious pain for over a week now. I Very unprofessional the clinic looks dated and the doctor is bland no personality. Misdiagnosed a hernia that I have and have now scheduled mesh surgery with a surgeon. Dr Wang said I didn’t have anything to worry about. The most recent mishap is the other doctor in this clinic a young lady ordered a STAT ultrasound of my bladder,prostate,kidneys and said to walk in. Well it was on Saturday before closing time that the doctor seen me, I haven’t been able to urinate since Thursday So I waited until Monday morning drove 28 minutes and waited in the lobby to be told that I need to make an appointment so frustrating!

Greedy. Uncaring. Terrible human being. He and the insurance group he works for should be shut down. Licenses pulled and patient's money refunded.

I love this place, they are very good, they check everything. My husband was feeling dizzy and they elevated the check up to make sure it was not something more serious like stroke. They are truly caring. I go here most times even through we have a primary doctor we go here more.

The doctor himself is a nice guy. I met him once only, and he gave great advice and prescription, so I stayed with the clinic as a patient. However, filling up percription for birth control requires me to come in every 3 months, copay of $75, have my blood pressure taken and asked how I feel. This is super unnecessary in California where BC should already be issued by pharmacist. So I got in contact with ThePillClub who provided me with 3 months supply in the mail, and still covered by insurance. Go figure. Plus, the receptionists are either overworked or incompetent. They took a very long time (3 months) to get my referral to OBGYN done correctly (1st doc wasn't covered by my insurance, 2nd doc was male when I requested female, 3rd doc never got referral fax and when they did, it was the wrong code). It's truly a mess there. When I said that I'm not coming in for just BC perception because I don't have the time and I said maybe I should go to another doc; the receptionist replied, go ahead. Well then, I will. Kthxbye.

My wife had to take her green card (permanent resident card) medical exam (USCIS) and we found out that Dr. Wang is a certified civil surgeon for US Customs and Immigration. I called Dr. Wang's office and the staff was extremely informative and very professional. I was told that they accept walk-ins until 8PM which worked great for us as I work until about 6PM. The clinic prices were very reasonable and cheap when compared to other clinics wanting to do the same procedure. And the best part, it took half the time to complete the whole procedure than it did at any other clinic in the area (2-3 days here vs 1-2 weeks at other places)! Dr. Jiangnan Wang was super friendly, informative and professional! I strongly recommend Dr. Jiangnan Wang and TotalCare Walk-In Clinic to anyone looking to take their medical exam; especially for USCIS (customs/immigration)! - Sami

This Place is a total disaster, Rude rude reception, Doctor is a lie. We went there to do normal annual pap smear for my wife, and set up an appointment to come back a week later for test follow up, we paid $5 copay for the last visit 7 days after pap smear. Then we came home, 2 weeks later they sent me a bill for $90 as they said they did infertility consultation for my wife as last visit. WHAT A SCAM! We just came back for follow up my wife's pap smear result per doctor request! We called in this clinic, and the rude and shady reception told me whatever Doctor Wang wrote on the note is what is it. And they don't want me talk to doctor nor leave a message to the doctor! Is this a clinic? Doctor can just take money from their patients pocket??? NEVER NEVER GO IN THIS PLACE. I CALLED MY INSURANCE COMPANY TO APPEAL THIS BILL, THIS DOCTOR AND STAFF IN THIS PLACE ARE SCAM!!!
