Dr. Pavia is a lifesaver for having taken over the care of my 2 severely developmentally disabled brothers in the midst of the pandemic with one of them having frequent seizures. We couldnt get hold of their regular MD for anything including medication prescriptions telehealth visits. Thankfully IRC recommended him he seamlessly handled a potentially fatal SE. Ordered labs followed up results in a timely manner called to check on how patient is doing. Adjusted all his meds with follow up levels. His staff is the best always available on phone calls. I highly recommend Dr. Pavia in fact I told IRC that much. True humane doctor excellent skills easy to communicate with.

He dropped me as a patient because I was waiting for lab results and he did not call me back when I was told he would so I left a message letting them know I was upset about the lack of response and I was dropped as a patient because apparently he’s extremely sensitive and is a doctor that is able to somehow practice medicine with absolutely no spine or back bone

Dr. Pavia and his medical staff are all very professional respectful and courteous. Highly recommend.

As a nurse that knew the reputation of Dr. Pavia I picked him for my whole family his office staff is the finest his attention to detail is the best you have a problem they get back to you immediately with an answer. The reason I rated Dr.Pavia a one because of Nina or Mina. She told me she will not make an appointment for me to see Dr. Pavia unless I pay the $22.00 owed. This was for my physical and my insurance pays 100%. She then told me to call the billing person. Instead of telling me I will not make an appointment for you she should gave said since you are making an appointment you can make the payment when you come for your appointment. For $22.00 bill Dr. Pavia is willing to lose a patient? Really because this person represent his office.

Doctor Pava is very friendly.The nurse and staff are the best they are courteous friendly and most importantly they handle all the referrals and appointments in a very timely manner.They get things done for you and they keep the patients posted on whats going on. So we know when to call the referred place to receive the treatment we need.In other words they care.Im very happy with this doctor and his nurse and staff.Im thinking all the bad reviews are kind of old maybe they had an overhaul of the office staff Im guessing thats what happened because now everyone in the office is topnotch in what they do and very friendly and caring.

Dropped me as a patient because I wouldnt come in just so they could charge me a copay when all I needed was a refill on my prescription. Very poor bedside manner as well actually did me a favor by dropping me.

My mother has been in Dr. Pavias care for 10+ years. Hes always been great and thanks to him my mother has her illnesses under control. His staff is also great very professional and kind.
