My husband and I were Dr.Stockfords patients for a long time shes a great dr but I cant say that about her front end staff. My husband recently changed insurance and needed his medical records all of them when I picked them up we paid $10.00 and was handed the records with no envelope you would think they would give you an envelope to at least guard your personal information but she said no And when I asked her to please show me where there is a specific test result she said it should be in there and asked if I requested the test It wasnt our choice to move drs and I was really advocating for my employer to give us HMO so that we could have him back with her because she is such a good dr but now we think well just stay where we are sad that her staff would be so rude

Dr. Stockford has been my primary care physician for over 15 years. I have had many doctors over the years but none that gives me the personal attention that Dr. Stockford does. She genuinely cares about my health concerns and issues no matter how benign or serious they are. She guides me to the correct treatments and specialists when needed. The office staff and nurses are always kind and considerate. I never wait too long for an appointment or wait too long in the lobby. They are always friendly and very professional.

Dr Stockford has been my doctor for 20 years. She is knowledgeable compassionate and thorough She never rushes and truly listens She has treated myself and other family members and I trust her completely.A great doctor

Very unfortunate that i didnt have HMO to see this dr apparently PPO isnt sufficient for her office . Ill try elsewhere since this dr only accepts new patients if they have HMO .

Had a poor experience didnt feel like I was listened to or my concerns were taken seriously. It took forever to be seen and the nurse practitioner really didnt want to be seeing me. I could tell.

It is so hard to find a good primary Dr. who actually cares and listens to you these days. Dr. Stockford is one of the BEST doctors I have ever had My family and I have been seeing her for over a year now and are always happy with the experience we have when we go. The staff is very nice and seem to enjoy their job and the Dr. never seems stressed or rushed when she comes into the room. I have never had to wait a long time either. Dr. Stockford takes all the time you need to talk about what is going on listens to all your concerns and also asks a lot of questions to find the best solution. She is very practical in her approach to medicine and does not have you spend unnecessary money on tests medicines or procedures you don’t need. She is genuine and caring and I recommend her to ANYONE looking for a good family Doctor.
