Always had been pleased with Dr Narvasa. She is a very very smart physician and cares about my well-being as well as my family. I will never change doctors ever. She will always be my doctor.

I was too quick to judge her the very first time. She is a very good doctor detailed and really listens to all my health concerns. I don’t feel rushed with her and she takes her time answering all my questions. Too bad i am moving back to No. Cal next month — hope to find PCP like Dr. Narvasa. She is the best That goes for her staff as well. Thank you and God Bless

Dr. Narvasa is an intelligent provider who truly cares for her patients and teaching students to do the same. She is very thorough with providing comprehensive care and treats everyone with respect. Dr. Narvasa is always open to answering questions and explaining things at a level that anyone can understand. I highly recommend her as a Family Practice Physician.

Dr.Ofelia Narvasa is very helpful, very caring, very compassionate, very prompt in returning messages.  Covid 19 is here and even though her office is closed I can reach out to her through phone or better yet email and through the help of her staff especially Maria, the response so quick.  I have cancer and I get sick so easily.  I email her today, same day I get the medication right away. Yes. My medication is called in at the pharmacy right away.  I had eye infection, I email her my eye picture, she talks to me over the phone and later on I had my medication right away. I have asthma, diabetes, and everything is under control because of her.  She and her staff takes care of me, my husband and my sister very well.  Dr. Narvasa  and her staff are great.   I give her and her staff 5 stars.

Dr. Narvasa is such an amazing doctor. She truly cares for her patients. She takes her name to listen to her patients and their concerns, address them, and treat them with the utmost care. Dr. Narvasa is the first doctor that I have seen to have a high population of diabetic patients completely controlled on medication and/or diet. She is very thorough on specific screenings that need to be done at certain ages. She is a well-rounded and intelligent provider who truly cares.

I've been seeing Dr Narvasa for a few years and the level of care is between mediocre and just acceptable. The best service provided by her are the many referrals I got to see specialist for my complains. What I dislike the most is how rushed the visit is after waiting for 1-2 hours. Each visit is 5 min at max. On the plus side her staff is great when I've needed them to send documents elsewhere they do it promptly.

The appointment was easy to make, the staff was friendly, everything was explained in great detail, and I didn't wait long. The doctor was so nice and made me feel so comfortable. Why can't all doctors offices be like this? Loved my experience

Been there a few times the office visit itself isn't bad . The western university medical students are great, patient and really take the time to hear what is going on .However trying to make an appointment is difficult , I had to call several times in one day in order to get someone to pick up the phone . I left a message once and it took them three days before they called back.I have been waiting on a referral to a specialist for nearly a month. Because I've been waiting for someone to call me back. I'm going back to my old provider and most likely won't return due to the poor customer service from office staff and how it can be a nuisance just to schedule an appointment. A recommendation might be to hire more office staff? There only seems to be one person there whenever I'm in the office she seems overwhelmed because she is dealing with in person patients and then taking calls over the phone.

Dr. Narvasa is a very wonderful, kind and very compassionate doctor. She and her staff always take the time to answer any questions help me with all my needs. I always feel taken care of when I visit the Doctor and I'd definitely recommend all my friends and family to her!
