I'm happy with the the new way that I got my son seen and got him his medicine and then the staff was very helpful and fax my son's school for me for his notice of Absent and they got cleared thank you so much I love this face because they go

Perez es una fantástica pediatra muy atenta muy dulce con los niños siempre con una sonrisa para sus pacientes no había encontrado ninguna pediatra tan amable su personal es también muy atento en lo principal Erika súper atenta a todo cualquier cosa o duda ella siempre para resolver esta siempre al pendiente de devolver las llamas lo más pronto posible.

Dr. Rai is a great doctor! She is thorough, caring, and truly only wants the best for your child. Her staff is so nice, and you will certainly be treated with respect here. A couple of notes (unrelated to the actual medical care):-There are two separate entrances: sick (left) and well baby (right).-Waiting rooms are small and don't have chairs. There are only a couple of fabric couches. You might be standing in the tiny entrance because there is no place to sit, or, you don't want to sit because it doesn't feel clean to sit on the old couches. No room for your stroller.-Exam rooms are small, but have cute murals on the walls for the kids to look at. No room for your stroller.-You don't get an after visit summary/print-out. If you are coming from a large health institution, you are probably used to getting a print-out with all of the information from the appointment. You do not get that here, nor do you have access to see the information online. If you need to keep track of the information, or have a print-out to bring with you to other appointments, this is not the place for you.Dr. Rai and her staff are wonderful, but her practice doesn't have the latest technology or the newest and cleanest waiting rooms and exam rooms. If you don't care about those things, and just want a good doctor, then you won't be disappointed with Dr. Rai!

Called to make a appointment first thing was said to  me was what insurance do you have?? I said ppo. She replied "oh well we aren't taking new patients at this time." What does it matter the insurance if your not taking new patients anyways. Dont recommend because she won't see you anyways.

Both my son and I loveeeee Dr. Perez, from the beginning she's been so genuine with us and really spend the time to answer our questions. Yes sometimes the wait can be long BUT she doesn't rush patients. She also make me feel like she genuinely is part of raising and caring for my son.Growing up we have a family doctor that took care of all of us kids I can only hope she'll be that for my son and soon to be baby.

Schedule with her office same day for our daughter and the staff were super nice and so was Dr Perez. She is a super patient and helpful Filipino doctor. My daughter felt safe around her and her office. I would recommend her to other parents.

Dr. Perez has been wonderful. We started going to her about two years ago, and have had a pleasant visit with her each time. My son doesn't like doctor visits, but Dr. Perez and her staff always greets us with a smile and friendly attitude. What we love about Dr. Perez the most is her patience and love for clients. She listens to all of our concerns, questions, and gives us an easy way to understand her diagnosis, if there are any.

Absolutely love Dr. P!! We have been with her for the past 3 years and I've never had one issue with her or the wonderful staff she employs. She does see quite a few patients, so there may be a little wait when you get there, but it's not unreasonable... actually, you can swing by the bakery next door if you are that impatient. If you are new to the parenting thing (or just want a better pediatrician), I definitely recommend coming here. I'm also impressed that she remembers both my children every time we show up... it lets you know that she actually cares about your babies!

Best pediatrician I have encountered. She knows my kids up and down. The staff is great everyone is really helpful and friendly. They treat you like family.

Its rare that you can find a excellent doctor.She is amazingShe listens well and is super pro active. I trust her as my childrens ped and I drive far to see her. The staff is great and that alone is hard to find too.I would give her more starts if i could.
