Love the Dr. when you can see him but he needs to get the front side of the house in order or stop taking new patients. Like everyone else shared they are over worked confused most of the time and get hyper defensive when they make mistakes. Ive just sat through my last 3 hr appointment for something you should be in and out for. Found someone else after giving them so many tries to be better with the same result. There is a reason they dont claim their Yelp listing.

Dr.Ricardo Saca takes his time in evaluating you and listens to your concerns. He is very thorough in every little detail and will tell you as it is. Excellent doctor.

Very pleased wit Dr. Saca. Very sweet kind and gentle Very skilled and knowledgeable My wait time was 10 minutes and I felt very comfortable with his medical assistant. I highly recommend.

Tried calling and as soon as they hear a Spanish speaker they put you on hold and never get back to you how rude and disappointingDr. Saca is a nice Dr. but the staff is so unprofessional rude and lazy.Unfortunately will be letting Dr. Saca go it was a good Dr. if he still continues at that clinic since it’s been many months I haven’t been seen still is so unfair how I have tried so many times due to my health to communicate and never get a call back or even get transferred...

Waited more than an hour for the dr but what is upsetting is Veronica whom is the receptionist is extremely rude attitude rolls eyes and does not allow me first time patient to speak. With the pandemic that’s going on she leave the door open exposing the patients to the virus. Not organized not professional not clean. Horrible experience

Have been calling for 3 WEEKS to get one paper filled out for my dad that was put on permanently disability. He will NOT be getting paid because of the Staff or doctors dont have a protocol in place to fill out paperwork. I was told paperwork would be ready one ONE week 3 weeks later still not ready. Staff seems to be VERY unorganized they give me different time frame every time I call. 1 week then 2 weeks now they are telling me it will take ANOTHER week to get ONE form filled out. Will be over a MONTH. They have no scene of urgency. Someone is not GETTING paid because of they are unorganized and dont have any protocol on getting forms filled out. I asked when doctor will RETURN they have NO IDEA NO CLUE How does someone not know when doctor will be returning. Very UNORGANIZED STAFF

I think Dr. Saca recently retired but the office and supporting staff remain the same. The crowded situation and the long wait times this office is known for on these reviews is more related with the lack of doctors in the IE area and lack of multilanguage fluent doctors rather than the actual quality of service this office gives. I found this office for a family member back in late 2012 after reading other sites that offered some educational language fluency and patient experience about the doctor. The information I researched was minimal compared to sites these days but in the end turned out to be accurate regarding overall experiences and we have never had and any issues with quality of care or rushing issues once the doctor was in the patient room.

I only come here because of my insurance but I will be looking for a new doctor. Every time I come to Dr.Sacas office I have to wait a 2+hours even with an appointment. The receptionist don’t seem to want to help you and are always gossiping. WILL NOT BE RETURNING

I have been seeing Dr. Colomer since 2004 I had 2 brain surgeries. She is very patient and always listens to what I have to say and I never feel rushed.

Dr Sacca is an excellent doctor. He listens take his time and his staff has always been polite to me. I highly recommend him to anyone and have done so. My only regret is we are both older and I hope he does not retire in the near future.
